Kiel was great! He was able to quickly identity the source of the leak on our enclosed concrete patio/flat roof. He installed a silicone that covered the entire area to seal the open seams between our home and the patio. I would definitely recommend his company for all you roofing needs!

Ah. Where can I begin? They came to my neighborhood knocking on doors with a promise that insurance would pay for my new roof. That part was true. They had me call the insurance company and file a claim and told me to make sure that they were there when the claims adjuster came. They also said that if I decided that I didn't want them to do my roof they would charge me $1,000 and go about their business if I hired someone else and boy should I have.
The week before my roof was supposed to be done I had to have emergency surgery to deliver my newborn because of extreme circumstances. I asked them to postpone coming to start on my roof for a week or two because of the situation. The next day my husband came home for a break from the hospital to find roofers on top of my house. I hadn't even known they had entered my property yet. The roof itself was well done. I had a new roof within a matter of days. However, the mess left behind was ridiculous and I had to have someone come clean my yard of roofing nails, bags, some shingles, and the large antennae that they so kindly threw into my neighbors yard. I've been arguing for a year now over the job badly done and now they are still throwing a fit over the money not paid when I told them I wasn't paying anymore until we talked about what parts of the job were not done and I should not be charged for. Anyways, good roof quickly but horrible business ettique

Superior Southern completed my roof this April. I was overall impressed on how quickly the work was completed and most of all with the quality of work. Kiel Pridey was very knowledgeable and accommodating to all of our questions and needs. The price was very reasonable and even offer payment plans for people like myself who have a high deductible.
