Karl H.I called for a quote for seamless gutters. They scheduled an appointment for a Friday at 10 am. They called me at 9am and said their gutter estimator had called in sick and rescheduled for the following Monday at 10 am. they told me for the initial contact a person had to be home. I spent another day sitting at home waiting. Time is money for me also. Two days pay that is. No one arrived, no one called. It's now Wednesday and still no contact. Either they have bad communication in their office (scheduler and estimator) or they have bad communication with their prospective clients. Either way I guess they don't need the work.
