We had our roof re-shingled in June of 2019. By July of 2020, we had ~a dozen shingles come off the roof. In July 2020, we called and opened a warranty claim to ask if they can come out and see if it was an installation or materials issue. We sent pics and everything. They never showed. We called again in Sept and finally again in Nov, but they were ""just too busy"" (exact quote) to work us in. We have talked to Bridget and Lauren numerous times but each time they tell us ""you are in the system, just cant find the time to get out there""

They were quick to do the initial claim, but do not have any interest in follow on the issues with the installation.

I would not recommend them or their service.

We had Superior Roofing to repair and re-shingle our roof. We had warped plywood over our garage and the front entrance of our home. I was told by Anthony Sellars he would replace up to 7 boards but it might take more to fix all of the buckling plywood. I stated I wanted to be informed about how many boards but would pay the additional charges to have all of those bad boards replaced to cosmetically fix my roof.
They gave us a timeframe for the roofing installation but only the supplies that they placed in front of our house without notice for days made the timeframe. A week later they came and applied the new shingles but didn't repair the buckling, warped plywood on part of the roof at the front entrance to our home. I went to the office the next day to voice my complaints and still having a warped roof. The girl in customer service is horrible! I was told it must be structural damage to my roof without them ever checking the attic or rechecking my roof. I had a general contractor to check out my roof and was told there is no structural damage. I went back to their office and was given an invoice $2000.00 more than their estimate. What happened to customer service and the customer always being right? I would not recommend this company to anyone looking to have their roof done. How can a company not fix your roof correctly and then try to charge you $2000.00 over invoice? My advice is to stay away!!

Extremely poor customer service including not returning calls. Agreed to do job by certain date then backtracked. UNPROFESSIONAL do not recommend!
