Sorry for the late review.
We had Superior fix small roof damage from a storm in February 2023
David S. came out and gave us a fair estimate, I provided the shingles since they did my whole roof about 10 years ago. The day of the project, team arrived and did an awesome job!
I highly recommend them for roofing, wood repair and gutters. All that was done to my home in the past by Superior Roofing of Georgia.

Terry Bates came out to inspect the roof and agreed to have some roof repair done for me. He used a subcontractor (do they have their own crew?) who did the work okay. Later, when I decided to get a new roof, I asked Terry Bates for an estimate on that. He just replied. ""Send me your address."" After I did that, he did not reply. Even if he were not interested, he could have responded. One thing I have learned is that if you can't communicate well before a job is done, you certainly are not going to be communicating well once you pay them.

It's hard to believe that our roof was replaced in 2007. I didn't believe I needed a 10 year warranty since we never stay in one place that long but figure it would be good to pass it on to the next owners, but we are still here. The roof is a fundamental priority and I wasn't going to skimp on it. Kevin Dierkes came out and spent the most time assessing his quote, answering my questions and explaining his ""custom"" recommendations for my older house. He was so passionate about his work. The estimate was a bit higher but I placed my confidence/trust in Kevin and Superior Roofing, founded in 1990 so I thought they would be around for me. They had a huge crew out and finished all or most of the work in one day. They tidied up when finished. I have since followed up with Kevin and when he left, with the president of the company, Ron Herring. They have always been very responsive and responsible. I wish all my repairs and purchases would be as reliable - life would be a lot easier. My roof is still in good shape (they came and checked on it this year) and I haven't had any leaks. The house built in the 50s has needed a lot of work over the years but selecting Superior Roofing was a great decision.

These are good people! I work at a school. After Hurricane Michael hit, we had trees down all over the playgrounds and one that landed on the roof of a builiding. I spoke to John the project manager, and he said he would be by the next morning to take a look. I asked him to let me know how much it would cost to have him clear the big tree limbs and to repair the roof. He called me less than 24 hours later at 9AM and told me that he and his son cleared out the entire school- for free! He got out his chainsaw and got rid of all of the large tree limbs, and even got on the roof to remove the large tree that had fallen.
When I originally called, I left a message with the office and John returned my call promptly. He was professional and went out of his way to do a good deed for our school. Great guy and great company. I highly recommend!

I scheduled someone to come out for an estimate to replace a roof. They gave me a 1 hr window from 9-10. I got there about 5 minutes before 9. I waited 40 minutes and no one showed up or called to say that they were still coming. I ended up leaving the property because it's a rental. I originally left them a 1 star review and was contacted immediately. The guy said he showed up at 9:56. Asked that I take down my negative post and said he would give me a quote based on the information he acquired at the property. I couldn't immediately figure out how to remove the post so I put it off for later. I was looking at it again today at lunch and saw the company had responded to my post seemingly trying to discredit me as a consumer. Tried to make it seem like he showed up and I didn't. Claims he waited on me for 20 minutes and sent a quote to my email ( I did get the quote) even though they don't service rental property. I decided to edit my post and upgrade them to 2 stars just for showing up and sending me a quote.

I recently had to replace my roof due to storm damage. I talked to about 20 roofing companies before I finally selected Superior. It was the best decision. I spoke with David. He walked me through the entire process, put everything in writing, and answered all my questions. The day after my roof was finished another company was suppose to pick up the metal trash container. The weather however was so bad they did not work that day. With hail predicted to come, the owner of Superior took his own truck and moved the container so I could put my car in the garage. Today I received a very nice gift certificate from them. The roof has a 50 year warranty. No short cuts in their work. This is the company you want to hire! Your search is over.

I collected seven estimates and spent over 6 hours over about a 6 week time-frame interviewing potential roofing companies. I had some hail damage and my roof was 19 years old and a bit of an eye-sore so I wanted to replace the whole thing. My estimate range among the bidders was 10k to 23k (quite a range!). Superior was in the middle of the price neighborhood but what sold me on them was the product and the warranty. Having had window installers and exterior painters around my home for the last few weeks I was pleasantly surprised at how well the install went. 10-15 folks worked from 7am until 7pm and completed the roof in one day. They came back the next day and spent a few hours cleaning up and doing quality checks. The install crew could not have been nicer to deal with or have a better work ethic. I'm not sure how many crews they have working but I can't say enough about good things about the folks that were here or Terry B who was the overall supervisor.

Superior Roofing replaced our roof a few years ago. They missed a small section of flashing where the carport meets the house and water dripped down on the brick wall for a long time. I didn't think much about the wet wall until I noticed that the interior wall and hardwood floors had been damaged by the water.

I talked with someone at Superios about the problem, secured and submitted some estimates to repair the damage, eventually speaking with the president of the company, Ron Herring, and promptly received a check for the work.

I am so pleased, number one, with the quality of the over-all roofing job they did, but even more so by the way they handled my complaint. They will definitely have my business going forward!

Absolutely the best period. David and Terry are the best people to work with and I only trust them. They have done all the work on my roof and recently came out on short notice to fix an issue I had. Will only do business with them !!!!
