We were very dissatisfied with Superior. They charged us for work and materials which were never provided, they ignored installation instructions on the roofing materials so that they had to be replaced due to faulty installation, the owner threw violent tantrums on the job, they provided tarps with holes in them that leaked all over our house in a rainstorm, and they violated their own contract and absconded with a large percentage of our payment without finishing the job. The owner is scary enough that I'm glad I have a 100-lb German Shepherd guarding my house!
