Sean is a honest guy. I had a bad leak and he was flexible with the appointment time to come fix the problem. Important thing is that he carefully listened to what I said in order to diagnose the cause of the leak. He's also guarantee's his work and if not fixed, will readdress the problem under contract. I think that's very important when it comes to fixing leaks, where the process of elimination is important to make sure leaks are fixed fully. I feel the cost of the repair is fair for the work done and guarantee provided. I also think it's a plus that he does the work himself as the owner and operator. I would definitely call him again for leaks and routine roof maintenance.
