I am adding a follow up to my previous review, since I can't seem to figure out how to delete my previous post.
I did get a call to have a stucco guy come out to do the simple repair under my eave, but only after leaving a bad review. I appreciate the effort to make things right, but I'm not sure why they wouldn't do so when I first pointed out the issue. Thanks so much for the patch.

We spoke to Jon at Superior roofing about installing rain gutters at our home and from the beginning to the end of installation we were extremely pleased with the quality of work. His installers left the work site clean and they finished the installation quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend Superior Roofing for rain gutters or any roofing needs.

Unfortunately, this review will not be a positive one. I tried to find the positive things, but I really found it difficult about Superior Roofing company. We had them come out last spring to fix the roof tiles after we had solar panels installed. After that, the first rains we had we had leaking in our bedroom dripping from near the ceiling fan to the foot of our bed. After multiple calls, they finally came out to inspect. The guy only climbed up on the roof and said he repaired it, but the next rains showed that it was not repaired. It took many more calls to finally have someone else come out from their company. At least he went up inside the attic and took video and pictures of the area that has been damaged and where the leak might be coming from. It took more phone calls to get them to come back out to repair it. But it did not get repaired again. It leaked on the next rain that we had. Again, it took many more phone calls from my husband to get them to come out again. Once again, we thought they were finally going to repair it. They came out and did something in the roof but this last rain proved that it is not fixed still and The holes in the ceiling in our bedroom are getting larger. We've tried to call them through over the holidays and they are supposed to call back, but they still have not. The fact that they don't call back shows me that they are not a very respectable company. They do not stand by their work. And they don't honor the customer by returning the calls. We are over $800 for the cost of the repair back in the spring.

When it comes to your roofing needs Superior Roofing is definitely the best in Kern County! They are affordable and do great work in an efficient and timely manner. I definitely recommend this Roofing company!

Superior Roofing is definitely a low bid roofer. They will replace your roof but the work is sloppy. Being a craftsman myself in a different trade, I take pride in clean work and customer satisfaction. I tried to get them out to my house to repair some issues that I had with vent pipes and shingles that appeared open, but they did not come out. I called them several times and spoke to their representatives but the owner or manager never called me. Once they were paid they ghosted me. I guess I get what I paid for since they were the cheapest but they should still honor their word as a business. They say that education comes with a price and I certainly paid my dues!

They took care of us! Our roof was a low pitch and they placed TPO on it. Honestly, can't even tell.

As soon as they finished, we immediately felt a huge difference in the insulation of our home. They also considered all of our concerns and agreed to fix a couple other things that occurred while they replaced our roof. I'm very grateful they got the job done quickly !

A roof can either frame the house, much like a frame does a painting, or it blends into the homes around yours getting lost in its similarity. Our home is framed beautifully.
Each crew that has worked on our roof has been very hard working, pleasant, and proud of the work they perform. I don't see that as much in the trades today. However, it's clear they enjoy their work despite the elements they work under.
The true test of a company occurs when adversity happens. Direct conversation with the owner and the foreman were swift and resolution was quick. The integrity of this company, it's management, and it's employees is exemplary. I'm proud to have our home roofed by this company and happy to see a company with a high standard of ethics, morals, and hard work. I highly endorse and recommend Superior Roofing.

Our Roof began to leak into our living room ceiling during the recent rainstorm's and left a huge stain. I contacted Superior Roofing and they came out in a timely manner and provided me with a reasonable quote that same day.

On the day of repair, the staff were friendly and professional. They informed us they were going to repair the roof area of the leak before they got on the roof and gave us an estimated time of completion. After the repairs, you couldn't tell there was any work done to the roof due to how clean the left the area.

I strongly recommend Superior Roofing.
