We had a new roof put on a manufactured home almost 2 years ago. I had no reason to open the outside door to my water heater until recently because now I am selling the home. I found that the exhaust vent pipe to the water heater had been ripped violently out of the top of my water heater when they removed the vent from the roof. When they replaced the vent on the roof while doing the roofing job the vent was placed crooked. The exhaust vent pipe coming down to the water heater cannot be reattached to the water heater because it is coming down from the roof off to the side of the water heater. I have been calling since March 3rd, It's now June 9th and they have not shown up to fix it. I get promises to come look at it, I get promises to return a call, all blank promises, lies. Nobody shows up. See the pictures.
They had messed up my forced air heater air intake and exhaust also. I had to threaten to report to the Contractors State License Board (CSLB) before they finally returned and fixed that. I did not notice at that time the water heater was also screwed up. Beware this contractor! Good luck getting them back to fix their screw ups!

Repaired fascia board which had wood rot. Upon the estimate they found some broken roof tiles and another board with rot I did not see, they offered to repair these as well but did not push me to do the additional repairs. I agreed to all the repairs. They made the repairs quickly and efficiently, would highly recommended.

Very impressed with the quality of work and professional service this company gave us. This company was highly recommended on the Nextdoor app. And the price to repair our roof was very reasonable. Called and called Sergio about a leak in the garage they did 4 years ago and he has just ignored us. I would not recommend Superior Roofing for any work.

Man, I don't know what's up with the other people who wrote reviews on this site, but Sergio and his guys were awesome. They worked like absolute DOGS to get my roof done before a storm came in (and you know how crazy Bako storms can get) and when they were done, they literally had to wait until it stopped pouring rain to finish cleaning up. They stayed positive and polite. I'm moving houses soon and will need a roof cert and I'm definitely going to call them. These guys were on time, professional, and the price was good.

My new house needa a roof inspection and it passedthe test. lawd have mercy, Well, I went up there a couple weeks later an found a pile of tar that look like a asswipe. I still got a gap in the ridge thats bigger thn my nanas front teeth. def not superior. More like Inferior

My roof needed to be repaired before a rainstorm, that was forecast, hit our town. Sergio gave me a fast and reasonable estimate and the work was completed by a hard-working, respectful crew before the rain hit. His office staff was also very helpful and made it easy for me to submit the required paperwork and schedule an emergency appointment. My roof no longer fears the rain thanks to Superior Roofing!When I am ready to replace our existing roof, I will be looking their way.

I have contacted this company for a leak on my roof since March. This company had done a roof certification before I bought my house. They have said numerous times they would call me and get the problem taken care of. Today it is now July 18th and still nothing done. I called again today and the lady said that the owner schedules they guys to repair and he will need to get in touch with me. Be warned

I had an appointment for 11:30 -12:30. Sergio called earlier and had asked to come early but I didn't get the message then I called back and he said he would come at the scheduled time. No one ever showed up. I called the next day and the receptionist said that they had come by and no one was there. We were there the entire day waiting. So they lied when they said they came by. Will never use again
