I choose Superior Roofing and Waterproofing for our roof repair because they are the first to respond to inspect our roofing problem. I called them on weekend and responded quickly unlike those other roofing companies that I called, they were saying that they can do the inspection Monday or Tuesday. I think Andres gave us quote in a reasonable price that's why I didn't hesitate to get their service. The staff who came in to do the repair came early and finished the job early. I got my receipt in few minutes from the time they left our house and sent me pictures on what they did. This company is highly recommended.

We had a leak in our roof during a rainstorm early this year. They came next day to give a free estimate and quickly diagnosed the problem area on our roof. Then they came back and patched it on a weekend before the next series of storms hit. No more leaks, and just in the nick of time! Highly recommended for their responsiveness and professionalism.

i had a leak in my ceiling and called this company to come out and give me a quote on roof repair and a roof replacement. they told me i would receive the quote that afternoon, i didn't. i followed up the next day and they assured me i would receive the quote soon. i still didn't. after requesting the quote a couple more times, i finally got it at the end of the week.
i was disappointed to find that they were planning to slap a new roof on top of my existing one. this isn't a best practice, but it makes even less sense when i have an existing leak. i followed up with questions about doing it the right way and never heard back.
i finally gave up on the company altogether and found one who was responsive and knew how to do things properly.

From the start, they promptly responded to our request to evaluate our roof, a requirement of our new insurance company. Of the many companies we asked for estimates, only Superior Roofing responded in a timely
manner and only they climbed up on our roof to survey conditions. They took our many questions with patience and their knowledge of roofing materials and the industry is impressive. Other companies relied on satellite images; still another looked at the wrong roof, and still others either did not respond or failed to provide a written estimate. Despite a VERY BUSY season after the record-setting rains, this company wants your business.

Our two-story roof has four long peaks, four chimneys, numerous vent pipes, eight skylights and more than 4,000 square feet of surface. To finish this complex job within the agreed-upon timeframe, the project manager, Andres, worked his crew Saturday and Sunday and even hired two
extra professionals to expedite completion. Often, six men labored to accelerate the work. Finished photos show a clean refurbished roof on our nearly 40 year-old building. Our new roof is beautiful with sleek new Velux skylights that are up-to-date and a delight to look through, day and night. Perhaps as important, our insurance carrier is also impressed!

They started at 8 am every morning and worked until 7 pm.The polite, hardworking roofers cleaned the periphery of the building each evening and went above and beyond doing the job. Out of 5 bids for the job, this company was VERY reasonably priced, especially for our unique roof with 2 beautiful skylights per unit; they used the very best materials and their workmanship and work ethic were notable to ourselves and to our surrounding neighbors. They delivered and then some.

We have no hesitation providing our very highest recommendation to this company who is dedicated to providing the highest customer service and quality workmanship. They excel in timely communication and truly care about their customers.

I can't say enough good things about Andres! I had a very small job in the grand scale of roofing. I just needed a roof jack installed for my range hood. I was a going to attempt it myself since my shingles are pretty new, but I got too busy. The hole was already cut in the roof and a rain storm was on the way! None of the big roofing companies would even touch my small time job, but Andres made a slot for me and came over on a Saturday to get my Jack installed and my roof waterproof again. Well it was a crazy downpour last night and not even a hint of a leak. Would totally recommend!!
