Our roof was in rough shape and we needed old solar panels removed. This company offered same day service for free quote. Andres V. arrived when scheduled, completed inspection, and had aerial photos available on the spot. He answered all my questions on day one and as they came up throughout the process. Andres sent me the quote, carpentry rate sheet, and material information quickly via email and text. They offer six types of shingle colors and a 20 year labor warranty on their work. They even price matched a lower quote we had received. They finished the work in five days and returned a sixth day to review work, add finishing touches, and final clean up. I definitely recommend this company! They were quick to inspect; quote given on same day; responsive; reliable; hard workers; quality of work; competitive prices.
They will also be providing us options and quotes for repair/update on pergola.

Price was reasonable. They follow the time line. The workers were on time during the work period along with daily clean up. The crew love their job. Excellent daily supervision from Jesus and Axel.
Andres kept me informed of any newly discovered rotten wood. Made a walk thru during turnover. Quality of workmanship is number 1.

I choose Superior Roofing and Waterproofing for our roof repair because they are the first to respond to inspect our roofing problem. I called them on weekend and responded quickly unlike those other roofing companies that I called, they were saying that they can do the inspection Monday or Tuesday. I think Andres gave us quote in a reasonable price that's why I didn't hesitate to get their service. The staff who came in to do the repair came early and finished the job early. I got my receipt in few minutes from the time they left our house and sent me pictures on what they did. This company is highly recommended.

We had a leak in our roof during a rainstorm early this year. They came next day to give a free estimate and quickly diagnosed the problem area on our roof. Then they came back and patched it on a weekend before the next series of storms hit. No more leaks, and just in the nick of time! Highly recommended for their responsiveness and professionalism.

i had a leak in my ceiling and called this company to come out and give me a quote on roof repair and a roof replacement. they told me i would receive the quote that afternoon, i didn't. i followed up the next day and they assured me i would receive the quote soon. i still didn't. after requesting the quote a couple more times, i finally got it at the end of the week.
i was disappointed to find that they were planning to slap a new roof on top of my existing one. this isn't a best practice, but it makes even less sense when i have an existing leak. i followed up with questions about doing it the right way and never heard back.
i finally gave up on the company altogether and found one who was responsive and knew how to do things properly.
