Our old roof leaked and frequently lost shingles during high winds. We knew it was past time for a new roof and we got several quotes. With it being a hillside home and having three layers of roof that needed to be removed, we knew the job wouldn't be easy. Immediately we felt at ease with David & Superior Roof Solutions. He was extremely organized, professional and answered all of our questions. We felt the quote he gave was very competitive, even with his added suggestions that would improve the quality from what we had before. They were budget conscious with only replacing decking and fascia that needed it. They added needed flashings around our chimney and on top of our garage. During these last few weeks of extreme heat, we've been happy to have the added insulation under the roof as well. There was one minor area of decorative concrete that was damaged during the install, and David sent his guys back out right away to fix good as new. We're so pleased with our new roof and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof replacement or repair in the future.

David was a very professional business person from start to finish. He showed up do the estimate in a very timely manner despite the covid-19 time we are going through. After giving him the green light he sent a very reliable crew. They showed up early and proceeded to start work. While one person was getting supplies to do the roof repair,the other person was up on our roof cleaning the gutters. David came by a couple days later to double check the work. My husband Mike was very pleased with this company and definitely will use Superior Roofing Solutions again!

Of the three bids, David was significantly cheaper for the exact same scope of work and materials as I had three written bids to compare. I had previous roof leaks in the past and needed our flat roof section replaced. We had several roofers give us a quotes, but SRS definitely stuck out. Since I was inexperience with roofing, I had a ton of questions. David was incredibly patient and responded quickly to my many questions. Add to this the complications of needing additional vendors for HVAC leak repair and solar panel removing and remounting. David handled the coordination between all the vendors!!!!
