I put out a quote request for a roof leak, while others asked me to email them or provide more info, David just wrote back what time he would be here.

He showed up on time, quickly assessed and fixed the issue, and because it only required tightening a few screws and adding some calk he didn't even charge me. I've had people come out and do less and charge hundreds of dollars for an assessment.

On top of that, while up there he noticed our skylight was missing a panel that blew away, took a photo a measurements and texted them to me so I could easily order a replacement panel!

We had a small leak during a recent storm, with more rain on the way. David responded quickly to my Yelp request for service and was able to examine the problem on site within an hour. He checked things out and gave me a fair quote, electronically providing all documentation, including contract, work order, insurance cert, and workman's comp docs for his business. He then completed the work, taking his time to do it right, even though it started to rain while he was on the roof. When the work was completed, David explained it in detail and allowed me to formalize my approval electronically. Overall a great experience!

I really loved working with the owner David. He previously did the detached garage and this year I hired him for the front house. His crew is quick and clean and did a great job. They are on time and finish when they say. As a female, I always worry about being taken advantage of. I got three bids and David's was the best. He understood the area had to be safe and clean while under construction so the kids wouldn't get hurt on any nails. In the end, I was very comfortable choosing his company.
