Plants were power washed with bleach. Other flower beds were trampled. Pictures were sent to the owner and there was no response but maybe there will be one now. Two weeks later the damage to the outside air condition unit was discovered and will cost $3000.

One star because the painting was good.

Didn't show up on scheduled day. Showed up without notice the following day when I was out of town, destroyed my rose bush with the chemicals they used and didn't wash the back of my house. If I was home I would've hosed down my plants but since I was gone for 10 days following the washing my rose bush suffered. Did do a good job on the areas they cleaned including my gutters, though.

I would highly recommend this Superior Powerwashing. They were professional, scheduled the work for the next day and did an excellent job. The house looks wonderful. They will be my go to for all powerwashing, deck staining, painting, and exterior wood repair.

Got a good quote, and they did a great job of the actual power washing, gutter cleaning and staining that I needed done...but...

They left my backyard a complete mess.

They left my swing set disassembled, did not move anything back onto my back porch (heavy table set and plants) and finally they left an empty staining can at the bottom of my steps.

I wouldn't have been so upset about this if I hadn't asked them before they started if they were going to be able to move the furniture/plants off the deck and back. The foreman Pepe (not Mark) assured me that it was ""no problem, no problem.""

The swing set was a real pain to reassemble too. It's like they got halfway through reassembling it and forgot to finish. I had to stand on a rickety chair to rehang the swings and it took me forever to get the climbing rope re-installed.

Since I had already gave the foreman the check before I saw the mess in the backyard, it's my fault for not checking first so I'll give them 3 stars.

(They left a mess in the front yard too to be honest. They didn't rehang my flag, nor set my Halloween decor back on the steps like I had it.)

They also do not accept credit cards.
Which was a minor inconvenience.

Little things like that may not seem like much to most people, but I expected it to be put back the way they found it (since they said it was ""no problem."") And as a person who's going through a serious medical hardship, I physically am not able to put all those heavy things back. I had to enlist the help of a neighbor to help me.

I have used this company twice in the last couple of weeks. The second time I was in a pinch and Mark came and gave me an estimate on interior painting and a crew was here the same day and got the job done . They did great work and was very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them and will continue to call them for my future home needs.

We just used Superior for the second time and have been very happy with each service. Their first service was to replace rotten boards and paint and caulk the new boards. They were here on time very courteous and did the job well. We had them come back today to clear the gutters, and power wash the house, driveway, sidewalk, chimney and deck/ lattice. They made our place look amazing and were careful not to harm the plants around our house. This crew was very professional and courteous as well. I highly recommend Superior Power wash.
