Mark and crew did a fantastic job on my house and driveway. I was so impressed, I asked about our 18-yr old playset. Mark gave me a reasonable estimate and his crew knocked it out that day as well. It looks like we just had it built the day before - amazing.

Pleasantly surprised! Marco was the team lead that pressure washed our house and I could not be happier. They protected everything, put everything back in its place and my house is truly spotless. They used brushes on the gutters and heavily soiled areas these guys did a great job and at a reasonable price. Everyone we dealt with was great.

WOW - I wish I'd seen the other reviews about showing up at times OTHER than we asked for, trampling shrubbery, etc. TWICE Natalie called me pestering me to let them come out when I wasn't going to be here - I told her TWICE I needed to be here because I needed to move my cars, I had hanging baskets with a bird nest, and I wasn't sure if I wanted them to do my shed or not. We came home from being out all day, and they had come by and pressure washed while we were gone, this time WITH NO PHONE CALL. They just showed up on the schedule the suited THEM. My car was COVERED in bleach stains and stripped of its wax, the hanging baskets were put back up on OPPOSITE sides with the nest move, and WORST - one of my outside electrical outlets had caught fire and burned my siding! They sprayed so much water in it they literally caught it on fire. I had the fire department out and had to pay an electrician - to top it off, 3 weeks later Natalie leaves me a nasty message asking for payment, after I'd already called them to tell them what they'd done! TERRIBLE customer service in that they do NOT CARE about the customer, and they have NO CLUE what they are doing in the office. RUN. You've been warned.

We have been using Mark and his crew for years. They always do a great, thorough job. We have our house pressure washed, the gutters cleaned and the extensive deck stained as needed.

I've used them for gutter cleaning and they do ok job. We have a new fellow (own company) that does our gutters. I thought they were good until our new guy showed up. He's A+...this place, which I thought was good, now pales in comparison. I need to try their powerwashing out though to really get a good opinion. Will revisit this review after I do so.

I've had Superior Powerwashing clean our gutters for years. They always do a thorough job getting all the gutters clean, and they blow away the leaves that they blew down. Highly recommend.

Wish I could give zero stars!! Worst experience ever. They came out to power wash my home on a Tuesday and my home was going on the market that Friday. Talked to the guys before they started and told them not to spray my cedar columns & shutters, wooden front porch ceiling,wooden front door and the wood panels on my back porch walls and ceiling. Guys assured me they would be very careful and the cedar and wood would not be harmed. They covered my front door with plastic so I assumed everything was going to be okay. Not!! To my horror I discovered they bleached everything. The color was washed out of all the cedar and wood. Called the company and texted pictures of damage. Recieved a reply that Mark would be there the following day. First thing he asks me is if I like the rustic look. NO! He agreed that the wood was damaged and he'd have his crew re-stain it. Office would call me the following day. No call so I texted office. Didn't hear anything all week. Sunday evening at 8:23, I received a text from Mark that office would call me Monday and get this done quickly. No call Monday morning. I had to hire my own painters to correct the damage as house was already delayed going on the market. Thur morning at 6:30 Mark texts me to say crew would be out tomorrow (10 days after damage). Told him paint had already been done and I expected him to reimburse me. Mark was less than happy. Sent the bill via certified letter to Mark. I received a text several days later from Mark saying he would reimburse me for the painters minus the cost of the power washing. I asked why I should pay full price for a service that clearly damaged my house and delayed it being put on the market. Mark mailed me a check less the cost of power washing. Guess Superior makes you pay for services that damage your home!! Stay away from them!!!!

Called and asked for an afternoon appointment after 1pm and setup following Friday at one. I was specific in saying we had to be there while they did the work. Took a half day off of work and got home at 12 to find the house already done. Left messages for 2 weeks trying to get someone out to fix the gutter they damaged and look at siding damage done also. Finally got a call from Natalie and asked if someone could come out and go over the damage. We agreed to set up an appointment with the owner. The owner showed up unexpectedly without an appointment, fixed the gutter part and got into a nasty confrontation with me. Used very unprofessional language and I asked him to leave my property. I won't go into how uncomfortable or distrespectful he is towards a woman. We used the companies services in the past but NEVER again as something has changed with the owner. When I told him I was going to write a negative review he said go ahead, I have more business than I could ever want. I warn anyone using Superiors service to not expect when they will come to be accurate and if there is a problem don't think it will get resolved because they do not care and the owner is NOT a nice person!

They replaced our siding and rot today and did an excellent job. They painted and caulked all of the replaced wood and even painted some additional window seals so they would match. I would highly recommend them! Excellent team of craftsmen!
