We reviewed the bids of seven other contractors, and Superior One not only had the lowest bid, but they also had the best selection. The other contractors would not allow us to have a choice of color, but superior one provided us with at least a dozen colors to choose from, as well as hidden or exposed fastener options. The install went well, with no damage to our spray foam insulation. Nick and Kristy were very easy to work with. I would hire them again.

at first I thought they had done a good job....however prior to hiring them I asked if this would mess up the spray foam insulation that I had spent thousands on the year before- they told me no. WRONG!! They sawed right through it and my electric bill has doubled. And they refused to fix it!

October 2018 this company was contracted for a new roof after Hurricane Michael.

We had problems from the start with leaking for the roof. The roof was replaced the second time and it started leaking in a few months after the second roof.

Water damage done in house, warranty inspector said it needed to be replaced from ceiling to roof and everything including insulation. Roofing materials substandard and worn out after less than 5 years per inspector and other roofers.

After years of complaints a warrant inspector showed up March 2023 and said it would be covered. I have called, showed up and texted Nick from Superior roofing and all I get is excuses and no fixing of this problem.

Do no use this contractor.

If you are looking for a new roof, this is the place to go! Dexter who was my sales contact went above and beyond in assisting me with getting my mom's roof done. I live out of town and he made sure he managed the entire process from beginning to end keeping me in the loop at all times.

He even was able to schedule the roof work to be done on the few days I would be in Florida to assist my mom.

Guys living in Florida can be a nightmare,especially dealing with hurricanes and bad roofing companies. But this company is honestly my lifesaver.

Ricky came out the day after I called even after Hurricane Ian and tried to help us out as much as possible. They're super reliable, and knowledgeable. We had a new roof done from another roofing company two weeks before the hurricane and even with the new roof, there were major water damages to our interior walls and ceilings.

Our roof company refused to cover for the damages since they don't cover hurricane damages under their warranty. And this is after they failed inspection. However, Superior one came saved the day offering us their expertise and honest advice.

Thank you so so much Ricky for your dedication, hours up in the roof and attic to help resolve our problem. We really appreciate the communication and prompt services. Honestly recommend this company 200% compared to what we went through.

Only regret is wish we worked with them since the beginning!

Superior One Roofing helped me from beginning to end with my new roof! After getting several roofing quotes, I chose Superior One Roofing as they were the only company who had 5 star reviews, and they definitely lived up to the 5 stars! Mike helped me through the whole process, from the initial estimate to helping with my insurance company, he communicated with me flawlessly the whole time, with prompt and courteous service. Chris helped me as well, answering all of my many questions on a conference call. A new roof is a confusing process but I would highly recommend Mike and his company Superior One Roofing, thanks to them I feel much safer in my home.
