In September 2023, I had to have my roof replaced due to hail damage and chose Superior One Roofing and Construction. The project manager was Adam Karnkoski. I couldn't be more pleased with his professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile. I chose Superior One even though their estimate was higher than others. I preferred the roofing material brand and available color options. He even climbed up to the roof and placed the sample shingles down so that I was better able to see how it would actually look. He made sure the scheduling of different crews went smoothly and he came by every day to check on the progress which included the old gutter and roof removal, new roof and gutter installation, and even the power-washing and staining of my privacy fence. He documented each step with photos and sent a copy of the final city inspection approval.

I definitely recommend Superior One to anyone needing their service. Give them a call.

We LOVE our new roof and we couldn't have done it without Adam and Superior Roofing!!! We had questions about the appraiser our Ins. Company sent, and they recommended that we call Superior One for a 2nd opinion. Adam appraised it per his requirements---thankfully a thorough appraisal! He spent extra time with us making sure we understood the roofing materials and advised us on our color selection to enhance the curb appeal. Adam was totally professional, had a full crew to do the job, and was done in the time he specified. We feel that the cost was very fair, and we received a great warranty. We would definitely work with them again, and we highly recommend Adam and Superior Roofing for ANY roofing needs you might have! I LOVE my new roof!!!

What do you look for when you seek out a roofing company? Knowledgeable company representative? Check. Excellent communication and customer service skills? Check. Someone to advocate on your behalf with insurance? Check. Detailed, complete, and superior work skills? Check. A thorough cleanup after a messy process? Check.

After the spring hail storms, many in our area needed new roofs. Many families that I spoke with after their roofs were repaired had stories of dissatisfaction with their hired roofing companies due to workmanship, cleanup, or communication. Fun fact: I had fewer nails in my yard after my own roof replacement than I did when my next door neighbor replaced their roof.

Having to get a new roof can feel overwhelming; but without hesitation, I recommend this company. They are accurately named: SUPERIOR ONE ROOFING. If you are taking the time to read these reviews, you are likely looking for a reputable roofing company; call them!

GREAT customer service. I highly recommend superior one. They've come out on numerous occasions for free to just check on an issue. They treat me like a real person and not just another appointment and I love that about them. I've had them do actual repairs as well and have had a great experience.

Ask for Adam at 817-500-3201 if you think you may need a new roof. He is honest (truly), and will tell you if a new roof is needed. He explains everything so well, and I'd say that any business that has been going for over 30 years has a lot going for it!

We highly recommend Superior One roofing! They did our next door neighbor's roof, so we already knew what the finished product would look like. Excellent! High quality materials at a competitive price. Thomas Lewis, our representative, was absolutely personable, professional, very helpful with the insurance company and also made sure our hail damage to the wood on the house and gutters was taken care of. His attention to detail and quality work is truly appreciated and valued. In a market where there are so many options to choose from, we can truly say this was the best roofing experience we have ever had. We definitely recommend them!

We used Superior One after seeing their work on a few neighbors who chose them and speaking with Marty who was a joy to work with. She was proactive in contacting us to get the roof and gutters scheduled/completed and quick to respond if we called her with a concern.

Our mortgage company required a notarize form be completed and mailed to them upon completion of the work in order for a hold back to be released, Superior One was very accommodating and more than happy to jump through the extra hoops. The quality of the work is top notch, the employees we had contact with, from Marty to the job foreman were great. We would definitely recommend them without hesitation.
