Competitive pricing and awesome work! They were not the cheapest but they were upfront with their quote and everything was included and there were no hidden fees. Their initial quote included everything you needed to know, the type of roofing brand and warranty they offer. This was important for us because we were able to research the value they offer. My roof looks great and it was done in a couple of days. Sam and his team were great to work with- they even replaced my rotting steps to the backyard that they need access too without extra fees!

I used Super Roofing for, surprise surprise, a new roof. While their availability was a few months out, when the time came for the roof work to start, they started and ended on time. When there were a couple of issues with some items getting jostled during the work, Sam took care of it right away and was super easy to work with on it.

A few months later, we found out one of the vents had somehow came undone. I contacted Sam and he was out the next day to fix it all up, no questions asked. Sam was really jovial and just an all around easy person to work with.

I would happily recommend their work for anyone else needing a new roof.

First reach out = When I first reached out, Sam was transparent in sharing how busy they were (had projects backed up) but he still came by and gave a thorough inspection and quote.

Second reach out = I decided to pause on the project (it wasn't urgent) and wait for Sam given stellar reviews. His crew was fast, efficient and went into detail on the work they were doing on the property.

Super Roofing has already done two of our properties. One entire roof for a 7 unit apartment complex and for a roof landing. Sam, one of the owners is super friendly and understanding. Talk to him and he'll work with you. Their pricing is fair and their work is fast and top notch. We will be hiring them again in the future.

During the winter rainy season, we realized that we needed to address some leaking coming in through our exterior walls and get a new roof. I called all of the top places on Yelp in San Francisco and got quotes that varied by literally $40K. It was hard to figure out who to trust. Another contact of ours referred us to Sam. My first impression was that he was super nice, cheerful, and straight-up. His quote for a complete re-roof for our house came in at a very reasonable cost and then I did reference checks for him from a number of property managers who have worked with him for years. They came back glowing. So we decided to go with him. He scheduled the job for a few weeks out, started the job on time, and completed on time. He was super responsive and always kept us informed on what was happening. The roof looks great, and he's also gone above and beyond to give us advice and referrals for other parts of the house that we need help with. If you're looking for someone you can trust and who will you give you a reasonable quote and do the job well and on time, I recommend Sam Park and Super Roofing.

Company came out to bid for new roof. The bid came in much higher than most other companies. Called them to ask for a little more info as to why was so expensive. I got a bleep bleep answer like oh for safety etc. They guy was totally full of it and gave me a hard time. Totally unprofessional, rude and clearly untrustworthy. Would NEVER recommend this company or Sam Park.

I was refered to Sam Park by my god father. He had worked with Sam several times in the past. It's been about 5 months since his workers replaced my roof. We had been having leaks in our bathroom and with the winter coming we needed to get it fixed. They worked fast and left all areas clean. Very friendly, and he answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this company for their great service and prices.
