Our expertise includes solar panel installation, sunroom construction, room additions, and general contracting.
In March 2004, we launched Sunview General Contracting. Initially, we focused on building sunrooms and screen rooms. Before long, we added room additions, design and build capabilities, renovations, and custom home services. We introduced our renewable energy branch, Sunview Solar, in December 2013.
Currently, we run a flourishing solar business in addition to our general contracting division, both experiencing remarkable growth. We prioritize using only top-quality materials for both Sunview Solar and Sunview General Contracting.

My name is Eric Molton, and I serve as the owner and CEO of Sunview General Contracting and Solar. I have been involved in the general contracting industry since 1981. I, too, started out with my tools ready to go. I soon advanced to a project manager position at a prominent general contracting firm. I realized in 2004 that it was time to use my expertise to create my own company. While it was difficult at first, my perseverance and the recruitment of dependable, skilled crews allowed me to build Sunview into a multi-million dollar company.

And they get sued and then change their name from solar tech to Sunview.
Jean W.We recently had this company build a sunroom on our home. The work that the crew did was exceptional. However the job ran way over. What was suppose to be a 6week job turned into 12 plus weeks. We never got a whole weeks work from the company. We took into consideration bad weather and holidays. When we tried to contact the owner, he always had an excuse ( shingles were on order, siding was special order, door came in damaged, he was on vacation......). It was obvious he had multiple jobs going on at the same time and had his crews spread too thin. We celebrated when we made the final payment!
Brennan W.They state solar units come with a 30-year warrant which means nothing when the system fails 10-months after installation and you can't get them to come look at the issue, repair or even respond to numerous emails and phone calls. The only thing left to do is get an attorney and file a complaint with the BBB. I'd stay away from this company if your looking for a solar panel system for your home.
