I had the pleasure of working with Sunvault team and Sameer, and had a great experience throughout the process. I had both my roof replaced, and installed a 9.6KW system with 24 panels, and the project was executed extremely well from start to finish without any issues. Sameer was very responsive and communicated transparently throughout which made the process very efficient and hassle-free. He is very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and handled the inspectation and permit process very smoothly.

Installation was top notch, and both the roof and solar teams were very professional and experienced. They were always on time, did an excellent job with setup and cleaned up well.

One aspect that I was most impressed with was Sameer's exceptional level of accommodation. He took the time to understand my specific requirements, related to system performance and aesthetics, and customized the project to align with my expectations. He took a lot of care in adjusting the placement of the panels to optimize energy production based on my roof conditions, and proactively recommended additional changes which worked out great. On one occasion, I asked them to modify the conduit placement after it had already been installed, and they promptly accommodated my request without any complaints.

I got quotes from several installers and explored options on energysage, and found that Sunvault's cost was the lowest for the equipment that was offered. It was nice to see them including top of the line panels/micro-inverters, consumption CT and other components as standard offering.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with the results and wholeheartedly recommend Sunvault to anyone who wants a reliable and trust worthy solar installation at a very reasonable price. Sameer's involvement as the owner, overseeing all aspects of the project directly with a lot of attention to detail is an added advantage that sets Sunvault apart.
