If I could leave a -5, I would. The sales team agrees to many things but the workers have veto power over those items or they provide you with an amendment to complete the work midstream. Horrible way to conduct business. Do not work with these people.....RUN!!!!!

I don't write reviews, like ever, but for SunTrust, I'll make the exception.

We desperately needed our home painted and refreshed. We had just barely started shopping around, then met Adam at SunTrust. He came to our home after our working hours, which was very helpful. He definitely saw something we didn't; potential. We entrusted him and SunTrust with our home. The crews that came were all very friendly and helpful. They definitely made us feel like they wanted us to be happy with the results and were easy to talk to if things were not quite what we thought they should be. Piece by piece we started to see what Adam saw the whole time.

The work is great, our home looks like a different house all together. We love everything they did. (Paint, shutters, gutters, windows, and they even built us a new porch railing.)

We signed 4 contracts because we kept adding things to the project and I'm glad we did. We will definitely be back in touch with Adam for future home and land projects.

Victor from SunTrust visited our home to provide a free quote for repairing the trim around our roof, which was in poor condition. We needed someone to address a few leaks we had discovered since moving into our new home. Victor connected us with Adam, and together they offered us a great deal. Our previous roofer had gone out of business, leaving us in a difficult situation despite still being under warranty.

Adam and Victor thoroughly explained their entire process and how the warranty would work in case any issues arose in the future. Initially, they mentioned that the work would be completed before Thanksgiving break, but with the holidays approaching, we were concerned that the project might be postponed until after the holidays. However, the team arrived the weekend before Thanksgiving and completed the job in about four days. We are very happy with the way the experience.

We contracted Suntrust to paint the wood sidings and eaves on our house. When the crew hydroblasted the eaves, they also did the paint around the windows and garage doors. However these area were not painted along with the rest of the agreeed upon area. When we questioned Abel, the project manager after completion about this, he said it wasn't in the contract and ""you can do it yourself"".

Since October 7th, my wife had reached out to Brooklyn, the scheduler at Suntrust (six test messages and one phone call), and has just gotten the runaround. Brooklyn either says she will get back to us, or she will have someone else contact us.

To me good customer service dictates that if you or your vendors make a mistake, you make it right. Suntrust is not willing to do this. I cannot give this company a good recommendation to others and I will not do business with them in the future.

Recently someone knocked on my door and suggested giving me a free paint inspection & estimate. Ryan ended up coming out and gave me a very detailed inspection and showed me a couple options on how they could take care of my stucco damage and beautify my home.

Ryan was very informative and answered all of my questions. I ended up going with CoolWall by TextCoat instead of latex paint because it came with a 50 year warranty and it's going to protect my wood from water damage.

I've been presented with CoolWall from a different company before for a cheaper price, but I ended up working with SunTrust remodeling because they had amazing reviews, demonstrated all of the benefits of the product, and also they have done many projects in my neighborhood.

From start to finish, everything that we agreed on was done as promised. Their crew spent lots of time making sure every little detail looked amazing. I would highly recommend using SunTrust remodeling to anyone looking to do any exterior work for their home. They really care about their clients.

SunTrust just finished the exterior project on my house. They replaced 60 year old wormwood paneling, replastered the stucco and brick, installed additional lighting, and repainted the entire exterior. They did an amazing job. The quality of the work is superior, the entire team is so nice, and the outcome of the project is everything I wanted. I can't say enough about SunTrust and I highly recommend this company. Amazing customer service from start to finish When working on our roof. I worked w/ Delano and he made sure that all of my concerns/worries were addressed in a timelessly fashion. What sent SunTrust Remodeling apart from others is how they paid attention to details. I had Suntrust install a new top of th line GAF asphlt shingle roof on my home. I now have a beautiful new roof with Cobra roof cap venting , box vents and my two turbines to cool the attic and thusly the house. They are a family owned business and it seems through the process I met many of them. They were curteous, thoughtful, punctual, honest and even the company owner showed up to make sure I was happy with my new roof. All the roof jacks flashings, and vent pipes are colored to match existing surroundings. The job was quick, done professionaly and looks just awesome. My hats off to everyone, I can't remember all the names so I won't name the few that i do remember but they all were great. Thanks you guys for a fabulous looking new roof with all the added cooling to the attic. Five Stars.

Hubby and I were just talking about plans to revamp the house (stucco and paint) and the next day we get a knock on the door! We made a same day appointment and met with Alejandro, he came by measured and was able to give us an estimate. Impressed with his presentation and knowledge of products they use!
