We had a small leak and I accepted the estimate after the visit. They came punctually the scheduled day and the work was performed and looked good to me. Recommended roofing provider.

I needed the flat part of my roof repaired for some water stains that are showing inside the Florida Room. I also need the fascia board replaced in the front of the house. Emiliano answered the phone when I called and made an appointment to come out the next day. He was punctual and checked both areas that needed work. He said there was no wood damage on the roof and that he would send me a quote later that night for waterproofing it and replacing the fascia board, which he did and we agreed on a price. He scheduled the job to be done a couple of days later and met his two man crew here and instructed them before leaving. They completed everything in 90 minutes! One waterproofing the entire flat roof and one replacing the fascia board.

The flat roof over our carport and Florida room is old, dry, cracked and leaked in a handful of places. We chose to apply a silicon coating to extend the life of our flat roof instead of replacing it. Emiliano called and confirmed prior to our scheduled appointment. Shortly after the work was completed, we had an afternoon of continuous storms and heavy rain when I noticed a small leak. Needed roof repair for a flat roof over garage. Called and read reviews on home advisors and reviews were good. Made an appt for a Friday at 3pm. Never showed and never called. No explanation. Just never showed. Completely blew us off. Complete waste of time. So please don't waste yours. Sad

Emiliano did a great job with our roof. He was easy to get in touch with and responsive to my questions and concerns. He came in as the cheapest quote; i was a little worried choosing the cheapest quote but i felt very comfortable with him. There was a slight issue with the original measurements of roof when i was given the estimate and it required more material and man power than anticipated...but as a big surprise he told me that he was sticking to his original quote no matter what.
