How many good things can I say about this company, dealing with construction contractors is usually buying a car, but with this company they came out gave me a price and time and that was it the job got done. What a great crew was used on all 3 of mine. I first hired them to put a metal roof on a 2 story apartment building, it went so smooth, I hired them to put a metal roof on my home. Again perfect, and easy. Then I needed a shingle roof on a single home in the Villages. I felt confident the job would be done professionally and timely which it was, I never even went over there. Like I said never has working with any contractors been so smooth and easy, and the crew who put the roof were just fabulous, and the price, unbelieveable, on the apartment I had estimates, all were super expensive and wanted to rip off my insurance company. I had just about given up when I found Sunshine State roofing, highly recommend.
