I am in the process of closing on a home, and the inspector identified several fixes, which I thought needed immediate attention. After talking to Tony, he assured me that the items pointed out were not that big a deal. He was straightforward and didn't see this as just another opportunity to make some money. This could have been an issue holding up the closing had I not talked to Tony. I truly appreciate his candor and integrity in discussing this. The other companies I talked to were less than forthcoming, with one even asking for $250 just for an estimate. Rest assured, if I have any issues with my properties, I will be contacting Tony & his team. I have also told my Realtor about them.

I'm an out of state property owner and have two properties in McKinney. The roofs on both of my properties took on heavy damage from the most recent hailstorm and needed to be replaced. A friend turned me onto Tony and I'm absolutely grateful for the referral!

Tony handled all the permitting and inspections required by the city of Mckinney. In addition he personally walked the insurance adjuster over both properties to make sure that they didn't miss a thing; including supplemental damages unrelated to the roof (i.e. gutters, fence, window screens etc). Tony did a great job working with my tenants and photographing every phase; from the initial damage, work in progress, and completed work. On one of my properties he made a great suggestion to change the color of my roof from boring brown to a more modern speckled gray. The change in color made my house look so much better! It was awesome to hear positive comments from both my tenant and surrounding neighbors. Tony knows his trade and takes pride in his work. I highly recommend him!
