Quick, courteous and professional. From the admin executive to the owner to the crews, everyone was amazing. The whole process went smoothly and I couldn't have had a better experience. The Owner came out when scheduled to talk with me, the AE came to my home with all the paperwork. She kept me in the loop as to scheduling and the roof was completed within the timeframe. There was an issue, not the fault of the roofer but the weather. They replaced the area and had a painter fix the area inside my home once the roof was completed at their expense. They did not ask for final payment until everything was correct. I highly recommend this company if you are in the market for a new roof.

Sunshine Roofing is the designated roof repair company for my Association. My townhouse was under contract for sale when a leak developed in a valley. They came out right away, did the repair and clean up in time for my closing. Good job! Thanks!

Do not use this company. You will have damage done to your house as well as water bottles left in the gutters, bent gutters, loose screws all over the yard, and very unresponsive management. If you have a problem it will take them 3 weeks to come and LOOK at it to get someone to fix it. I've had to replace 3 of my car tires so far due to loose screws left on the street, driveway, and grass. So stressful dealing with these people who only care about taking your money.

First workers tore pool screen with piece of concrete, next 2 broken flower pots, tore up driveway with dumpster and throwing of concrete down from roof, broken trees and plants, skylights installed dirty and tore up interior drywall, front home peak - one side done fine other side does not match and done wrong, bill sent for extras without explanation that I asked for and also asked for signed waivers to give to mortgage company that supplied the loan for the roof. Company said unless I pay the balance they will file a lien and void my warranty. I have said repeatedly that I am no refusing to pay, I just want my things fixed. They are fusing. Sloppy work and abuse to a woman senior citizen.

We had a roof leak stemming from an area where a chimney used to be. They were friendly and quick to respond, however their work did not last. Almost exactly 7 months later I started having a leak in the exact same spot - I reached out to them and they told me it wouldn't be covered under warranty which only lasts for 6 months.

I got quotes from three companies to fix the issue, and every single one of them said the same thing, that the company I used initially did a poor job and took minimal effort, and rather than fix the underlying issue, they basically band aided over the problem.

They were friendly, seemed fairly priced, and it's possible it was just one bad worker that we happened to get, but I won't be using them again.

These guys were the only company that actually showed after I requested 3 bids. They came and gave a quick estimate and the job was completed within 2 weeks. So far so good.

I called Sunshine Roofing the morning after Hurricane Irma because the entire East side of my roof had disappeared after the storm. I NEVER expected them to be out lightning fast like they were but to my surprise Jamie was in my driveway the next day with a price and putting tarps so the damage would not get any worse. I was in tears when I saw him so quickly .... my power had not even been restored yet!!! I upgraded to a metal roof and had a shiny new roof before my neighbors even got estimates (I gave them ALL Sunshine Roofing's cards as I was the envy of the neighborhood) he even quoted and completed most of my neighborhood. Excellent Service and Price's!!! Call Sunshine first you will not be disappointed!! From estimate to payment very professional and helpful!!

Look for edit but so far it's a no-call no show for our scheduled ""anytime"" day yesterday for inspection and direction and hopefully performance of fixing a leak. I will give second request today in the afternoon giving them time to call, apologize, and offer to come ASAP.

We had this company repair a leak in our roof a little more than two years ago. When the repair leaked again recently, we called for help.
The owner returned our call only after we called again over a week later.

He was rude and arrogant and informed us that his work only carried a one year warranty. Really?????

On to a more customer friendly and reliable roofing company.

I do not recommend this outfit at all.
