Chris with Sunshine Roofing is very dependable, trustworthy, and an all around nice guy. He answers calls and emails promptly (if you have any questions). I also dealt directly with Blu (who I believe is his assistant) and she was very nice. His company came out and gave me an estimate for a new roof. He was very reasonably priced. During this busy time of the year, he made me a priority and made sure that my roof was in place before hurricane season. Like clockwork his team was here each day working extremely hard to get my roof completed. Overall, I gave the company 5 stars because they completed my roof timely and I am very happy with the work.

Chris with Sunshine Roofing is the most genuine person I've ever had the pleasure of working with. In Dec 2018 I hired a Dunedin roofing company to repair a small leak and ended up with a 5'x6' hope in my ceiling due to their faulty workmanship. I asked a friend in the roofing supply industry for pros that he trusted and Chris was one of his people. To say that he saved us is an understatement. When we told him that we needed a roof repair done ASAP because we were getting married in less than a week and leaving for our honeymoon almost immediately after, he prioritized our job during the Christmas/New Year holiday to make sure we had peace of mind before we left. His work looks amazing, he talked us through the damages being repaired (including one the other company had missed altogether) and if you look at our roof today you wouldn't even be able to tell a repair was done, he matched the shingles so well. We'll likely need a new roof in the next few years regardless and when we do I'll be calling him again.
