My schedule got delay without notice. Sunshine roofing didnt keep their promise (schedule, keeping delay). Michael replied the quote so quick, but once committed, he never call back. He didn't even know his workers came or not. The office just called for payment. no more business for SUNSHINE ROOFING

Went very well! Met Michael and he provided an estimate for a repair due to the rain we received a couple of weeks ago. Repair job completed within a day! Quick & painless!!

Unsure what the reviews are referencing to, but had a completely different experience. Met the general manager for an estimate & he was timely. Quote was provided within a reasonable timeframe as promised. And the job was completed within the week.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCUMBAGS! I wish I had read their reviews on Yelp before hiring these sons of bitches! Lies lies lies! I am very frustrated. They overcharged customers. Never show up on time. Once they took our money, they stopped showing up and wouldn't answer the phone. A simple job that is supposed to be done in a week (as promised) has now been well over a month. They caused damaged to the house and refused to acknowledge them. I am now considering legal action and filing a complaint to the BBB. STAY AWAY. THIS IS A WARNING! DON'T END UP REGRETTING LIKE US.

Dec 6: I'm unsure what they are doing but it doesn't seems right to me that a neighbor's roof is left tile-less since Nov 27 (10 days) after they layered the asphalt papers.

Dec 11: 15 days of tile-less. Rained a little last night, rained and hailed today. I Talked to the neighbor. Sunshine roofing's excuse was out of stock. They came yesterday to work on the roof without noticing the home owner so lady of the house called them to complain and got hung up the phone by possible the owner's wife. Only unscrupulous businessmen do such things! Totally Unacceptable!

Dec 14: We had rain over the weekend and it's been 18 days later. Holy cow, they finally have tiles on their roof!

The reviews about this company are pretty spot on. Michael (the manager) came to our house to give us a quote. We called them to set an appointment. Took days to get a hold of someone. Doesn't even matter cause they never showed up. We called them to see why they didn't show & they said they were busy. Hm... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Do yourself a big favor,stay away from this company. My roof was done by this company few year back. A litter lick was found, so I call the company on Wed. and was told will sent the man on Thur. afternoon to check and give me a quote. But till Thur. 4:00PM no one show or call. I have to call them, after a long wait and was told they cannot make it how about Sat.
Sat. morning Michael come on time and found the lick. He told me that they need to remove tile around the Vent seal it and put the tile back and after so many years they did the roof it need to tune-up ( that is what he use ) Check the whole roof and re-seal it.
On Mon.the worker come, it was way late about 4:00pm, after long wait and called. and the job was done in 4:21pm with only ONE PUSH on one tile around the vent and applied sealer around the pipes. I paid way too much for the service.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Extremely unprofessional and terrible service. I don't know why I even wanted to give them a try. They will come to your house, give you a quote, and then never contact you again. I was told that someone in the front office would send me an email and give me paperwork to sign. After two weeks, I called the General Manager, Michael, and his response was just that they were too busy to write the paperwork. Umm.. OKAY... so I informed him that an email or phone call back would've been appreciated and it's just the normal thing to do, but all he can say is that they are too busy, too busy, too busy. WORST person to deal with.

Do yourself a big favor, do not hire this company as mention below! If you call Sunshine Roofing to quote on your roof , be prepared to get great disappointment

They are not only unprofessional, also they fool you by empty promise. The manager may quote you a very low price, but they will either not show up or doing a lousy job so end up you have to call someone else to fix it.
