AWFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Made an appointment weeks in advance. On day if they made one call out at 8:53am for a scheduled pressure wash between 9-10. They skipped me and never called back or came through on appointment. I left 3 voicemails for them not one returned. Finally called them a 4th time and lady named Amy argued with me and was very unprofessional on the phone. Could not produce for me anywhere in writing where it says if I miss the call once they would no longer be coming. How is this even fair or professional. I guess they don't want the business. So many other companies in the area that would NEVER treat a customer this way. Such a shame.

These guys did a great job of soft washing my roof after I got a warning letter from my HOA, and great price too!!

I had my home pressure cleaned last week. I had made the appointment and forgot about it. My dad was in the hospital and I was a little frazzled. They did the job while I was gone and it was great. They told me I could pay later. A few days later, the office called to get payment. Gave them my card info and everything went through smoothly. They are mailing a paper receipt for my records. They were easy to deal with, very friendly, timely and efficient. I'm used to things being more of a hassle. Very grateful.

Sincere, hard working people who clean quickly at a great price. My roof still looks great and it's been 8 months. We had a misunderstanding about some plant damage but Aimee quickly followed up and had it fixed asap. Thank you for being so professional!

They have been promising and confirming that they would be at my home all week long and have never showed up. Always claim ""mechanical difficulties"", even though they were cleaning my NEIGHBORS HOUSE YESTERDAY!! Beware - they are LIARS!

They did come on time to clean our roof, driveway, walkway, and gutters. They left a big piles of leaves in the gutter and nearly killed a bougainvillea tree because they didn't cover it and their cleaning solution fell on the plant. We called them at least 6 times to come back to check on the plant and finish cleaning the gutters. Each time they said they would come out. Each time one of us took off work to be at the house. I would never give them my business again.

Looks like I have fallen among the many who experienced this businesses complete lack of ethical conduct. I made an appointment with them. Took off from work. They called the morning of the appointment indicating that their driver called in sick. Made appointment for next day. Took off from work next day. When time of appointment rolled around and they did not show I called and was told that they were coming in an hour. No show, no call.
Suggest any potential customers check out other opinion pieces. before trying them. Don't waste your time!!!!

Sunshine Pressure Washing was only supposed to pressure wash my roof and my back patio.
They pressure washed my painted driveway and walkway and stripped the paint off.
They also killed my hedge and my grass. The owners, Amy & Brian refuse to answer or return my phone calls.
They are terrible! Do not do business with such dishonest people!

I dont usually write reviews but I feel compelled to do so after dealing with this company. I had scheduled some pressure washing and they never showed up. So after 5 hours of waiting, I never received a call from them- so I decided to call. I spoke to Amy, the receptionist and she said that they had to reschedule for the following day.

Why did I have to call after waiting for them for 5 hours? They should have called me and communicated this. I shouldn't have had to call. Nevertheless, my day was wasted because I was waiting for so long. That is bad customer service.

They finally came out the following day and did a poor job. They did not cover my landscaping and the chemicals they used on my roof killed all of my plants and surrounding grass. Also- they did a poor job on my pavers as there was still dirt on certain areas when the job was done.

Over all- poor communication, poor customer service , and poor job.
