The work quality was good we passed on first inspection. However, they did not file our paperwork with SCE. We have been ghosted by the company have not heard from them for a month. Our panels were completed march 13, 2023. It's August 22, 2023 and no evidence that the NEM 2.0 has been filed.
We recommended SunScout to our next-door neighbor and he gave them $1000 to start engineering on his project and he has been ghosted as well. They do not answer their phone.
It's very frustrating as we spent a good chunk of money on this project.

Went with SunScout based on neighbor's system. Adam Barnes was very responsive during the sales process. Answered all of my questions promptly and promised he ""would take care of me"" This included the addition of CTs (current transformers) to my system.

The design, permitting, and NEM paperwork went flawlessly. The installation on 9/2/2022 went well with a few minor issues. It was a hot day installers wanted to finish which was understandable. At this time I was told they did not have the CTs. They did not register my system so I had to contact Enphase to activate to use the Enphase Enlighten app.

After a few months with no CTs, we ordered them to install ourselves. Upon opening the panel on 11/17, the CTs were there the entire time, not connected.

Contacted Adam via text, who said he would get back to me. Never heard from him again. Someone in the office did reply and I asked them who should I contact in the future if I have any issues. Never heard back from them.

System is working great, but I haved been ghosted,

Our neighbor used Adam and highly recommended his company. We decided to contact Adam, as well as, the company that inhabits Costco. After speaking with both, it was a no brainer to go with Adam.

From the get go, he was knowledgeable, personable, and up front. Once the initial inspection and measurements were taken, we were provided a detailed proposal that laid out the costs and financing options. Shortly thereafter, we received the design layout, that was subject to our approval - no approval needed cos it was perfect placement. From there, we just waited for OUR City's permit (took forever, but no fault of Adam). Adam keep us updated throughout the entire process/wait.

The install was done by noon, as projected by Adam. Installers were on time, a little noisy, but did a superb job!

Victor/Viktor was our first (inspection/measurement) and last point of contact. He was great cos he was here to oversee and deal with the City Inspector. All went without a hitch from start to finish.

We've had solar for about two weeks, the 12 panels generate plenty of kilowatts and we're going to end up with a nice credit on our SCE bill.

Do it now, before you lose the 26% Fed credit (going down to 22% in 2023, and gone in 2024).

I, too, HIGHLY recommend Adam and his associates!

We had been looking into going solar panels but had hesitated because of gimmicks from other solar panel sales reps. Process was very clear and transparent with Adam. He was project manager and he notified me of all work being done at house. We had our roof replaced. Great job by roofing company. We also had electric panel and HVAC upgraded. All work passed city inspection on first visit. There was always direct communication with our project manager, Adam. We are extremely satisfied with the panels. They look great and we are saving lots of money.
