Had three estimates for my roof. The owner showed up to estimate and was the most thorough, knowledgeable, and patient. Along with those great qualities, he was the most competitively priced as well. He hires hard working and efficient people. He can be creative in solutions, in concurrent, with the importance of aesthetics. The owner is very transparent when giving the estimate which helps when you are getting a roof for the first time. Bottom line Sun's roofing is honest which is greatly appreciated! I had fear of sheathing rot. There was none. Not only honest, but a perfectionist as well. I've seen other competitors work, and their work is not so much. If you need a roof, support your local business! Especially this one.

Absolutely the best roofing company around. The finished job is so beautiful I can't say enough about the quality of the service and their workers. So polite, helpful, respectful of all my plants and even my Koi pond and swimming pool. These folks went above and beyond to please us. They worked in 100+ temperatures were on time every day and the job was completed in the time they said. We couldn't be more happier I'll give Suns roofing 10 stars!

Joe and the crew did an excellent, first class, top notch installation for us. Joe is very careful about how things are done on a job site. He checks everything during the process. His crew of 4 guys were here for 4 days. Our roof was about 5000 square feet of shingles. The crew worked very hard and very fast to get it done so quickly and correctly. If I had a question, the crew was responsive if Joe was not here. They finished yesterday and left the job site cleaner than when they arrived. I will post some pictures if I can. His prices are reasonable because as customers, we are not paying for expensive TV commercials. Joe, if you should happen to read this review, thank you!

So what about breaking our stuff? Your crew taking dabs in the driveway? Cigarette butts on our porch and around our driveway? Moving our cars without permission? Who gets in someone's car and moves it without permission while being hired to work at that property? You guys are still a joke and I'm sure a landlord who lives in San Fran will give you guys a review that's decent because he wasn't there to see it. Still highly recommend no one uses suns roofing.

Joe + his team replaced two roofs over the past year and completed a more complex job on a deck/flat roof. Joe did an exceptional job of managing each project and ensured my expectations were met at several stages in the process. They left the job site clean and tidy after each visit and interacted with the tenants at each location in a professional manner.

It's quite challenging to find good contractors in the Nevada County area, and I'm very glad I found Sun's Roofing for all of my roof/water-proofing needs. They go above-and-beyond and I highly recomment them!

Had about 3 companies come out for roofing repair, Suns Roofing was the best. Met the owner Joe and his employees they were very nice and concerned about the job. Started early and did a great job, recommending them to my sister for her new roof. They did a good job, reasonable, and cleanup. Can't say enough about this company.

Joe from Sun's roofing is great! Very good communication and the job was done on time. He said what he was going to do and then did it. There were some minor issues but nothing to negate a five star rating. He coordinated with our tenant who was buying the house. Very easy to work with and a reasonable price. Our best review is that we're going to have Joe do our home roof as well.

It was easy to give Suns Roofing 5 stars. Joe and his hardworking crew not only replaced our tile roof with composition but they did it in 5 days in 105 degree heat. They meticulously cleaned the job site each day. Last but not least, we got three bids and Suns Roofing came in the lowest. We highly recommend Suns Roofing.

I recently had Sun's Roofing reroof my home , I had some areas that had dryrot & was very clear that I wanted all areas of dryrot removed & not have new roof put on over the top of these areas, I had no problem paying for any extra fees that may inccur for this to be done, shortly after Joe & his crew completed my roof I had noticed a trim piece that they replaced had large split down the middle, also a area that had missing piece of flashing & few areas of dryrot that were ignored . I contacted the owner Joe & explained these issues & was informed by him that if he had to come out to my home he was goin to charge me for his time & materials to fix these areas! I have had to put my house on hold from being painted & are looking at having to pay someone else to remove areas of roof & flashing to replace the work that was never completed. I do not recommend this roofing company to anyone !!!
