Born and raised in Houston, I. After moving to Laredo, TX, to study at Texas A&M International University, I secured a position in Monterrey, Mexico. For five years, I worked in Mexico as the General Manager of an audio firm. After returning to the U.S., I spent nine years as a Finance Manager in the automotive sector. My father asked me to take over the business when he announced his retirement, only two years before he passed. This marked a major shift in my career. I felt the auto industry was focused on maximizing profits from customers. In the roofing business, I focused on helping people keep their costs down. I work to ensure my business reflects family values. This means treating our customers as if they were family.
