After contacting five roofing companies, my air conditioning tech recommended SunRise Roofing Services, Inc.; from my first interaction with their representative, Ariel, (a HUGE thank you Ariel!) was always friendly, informative, answered all my questions (I had many, I do extensive research before hiring a company I will be paying thousands). Ariel offered suggestions, overall Ariel provided great customer service and excellent follow-up. The day the roof was replaced, the six man crew plus their foreman came promptly at 7am, worked tirelessly in 90+ degree weather, I was kept informed as it related to covering areas where three (3) skylights were being replaced (I needed to cover interior of said areas to protect from falling debris). Once the roof installation was completed, they cleaned all surrounding areas to ensure everything was left as found. Recently i used that company. Excellent experience ! Affordable price, good quality and so fast. I called other companies . They need a two weeks on advance . I called Sunrise and i told them that i need my roof right tomorrow and get my roof right tomorrow. Its looks impossible for other companies. Its so amazing ! Thank you guys !!!

I can't say enough. Fantastic! We had our roof done by Sunshine. They did a great job. Almost a year later we noticed something that was missed, and called to ask what could be done. In less than 24 hours they fixed the problem. No argument, no long discussions. Ariel at Sunshine is a great customer service Representative. This showed me that the company has integrity. I recommend them without any hesitation.

In January, I used Sunrise - after doing my due diligence... looking up reviews, licensing, BBB complaints, etc..

I was able to see the crew work throughout the project. Amazing! To see how they quickly throw up a sheet of plywood (because there was some rotted pieces on my roof), cut it down to size, plop it onto the roof, and nail it in... within minutes! (As my father installed trusses when he was alive, I'm familiar with seeing the workmanship... though I'm definitely not an inspector.)

They did everything legit, super clean, very respectful and friendly to boot! Even the office had amazing customer service... keeping me informed on the progress and their next steps. There was one mis-step... but they re-mediated it beyond my expectations.

Even Jesus, the sales rep, was a dynamo! He continued to show up on site... demonstrating how much he was vested... as he continued providing customer service even after making the sale.

One last thing... one of my neighbors also used Sunrise and they are also very pleased with their roof!

I interviewed 5 roofing contractors to replace my hail damaged roof and received estimates from 4 of them. The 5th interviewee spoke for 3 minutes and told me 2 blatant lies so when it was my turn to speak I told him he was lying about 2 important financial factors that I described to him and I threw him out of my house. The remaining contractors interviewed and providing proposals can be categorized as reasonable to exorbitant (one proposal was 12K more than the least expensive). Two wanted to see my insurance claim and two didn't. The two that wanted to see my claim payment, it seemed to me, based their proposal on that insurance payment. Sunshine Roofing Services in Casselberry stood out among all of the proposals for simplicity and competiveness; therefore, I confidently selected Sunshine. The reroof process to me was smooth and without interruption and I marveled at the coordination getting supplies to the work site when needed rather than advance stockpiling. The crew was courteous and conscious of the requirement to keep the site area picked up at the end of the day. The office contacts kept me informed several times daily by phone even though I was watching progress myself. The completion of this large roof that has several complicated elevations, peaks and valleys is beautiful. I am very pleased with Sunshine Roofing Services through all phases of this reroof and recommend considering them for your reroof project.

First, I will give them credit for calling me back after my initial inquiry with post hurricane demand. I was scheduled an in person appointment about 1 month out, which I understood. However, they never showed up for the estimate, on a Friday afternoon. I called the office over an hour past the appointment time. While the woman was nice, she offered no explanation as to why they were not there and could not tell me if he was going to show up. I was given the man's cell phone and left a voicemail, but he didn't call back. The woman then offered a satellite quote, which was not offered a month prior. It has now been a few weeks and, unsurprisingly, I never received a satellite quote.

I have great understanding for the demands of contractors following natural disasters. However, it is unfortunate when there is lack of follow through when agreements/ appointments are made.

Very pleased with our new roof. My husband selected Sunrise after getting bids from quite a few roofing companies.

On our scheduled install date, the crew was there nice and early, were very professional, started promptly at 7 and worked very hard to get everything wrapped up on the same day (they had originally projected 2 days for the install, but since the house is smaller, they decided to work longer and complete the install on the same day). They cleaned everything up and the house looks fantastic.

We are just delighted with how nice the roof looks. Our retired neighbor commented to me that he's seen a lot of roofs go up in his day and he said they did a really good job. That's always nice to hear.

The following day, an office staff member came to inspect the work and collect payment. She was nice, answered all my questions and got us all squared away.
