Brandon, Matthew and their crew did an excellent job. Brandon assisted me with my first ever insurance claim and also helped the adjuster make sure all was checked and I was taken care of properly. Matthew showed up bright and early and the crew went to work straightaway and have completed my job, with very high marks, in less than a day. A very impressive roll out and the results are awesome. I would recommend them to anyone needing roofing work. As an instructor in vocational training, I give them an A+.

Customer service is next to nothing. If you make a call about wanting a roof repair/new roof, you won't believe how fast they will set up an appointment and send you LOTS of good reviews about how amazing Sunrise Roofing will service your needs. BUT- call and ask them to come check on a problem AFTER your roof has been installed, you will hear crickets. NO call backs, no glad to help, nothing.
After several tries this way, we called and asked to have them look at our roof without mentioning they had installed it. Right away, we had someone at our house along with an email full of positive reviews. The representative said our roof had been installed incorrectly. ""Who installed it?"", he asked. YOUR COMPANY! Guess what? Never heard from them again! We had two more roofers come out afterwards and each one confirmed the roof flashing was improperly installed. I need to add they have a very poor warranty compared to the industry. ""Trust Dale"" advised me that the rooking industry regarding workmanship is on average 10 years.... we got 2. RUN RUN RUN to another roofer who takes pride in their work and wants to protect their good name by repairing improper workmanship.

Had a new roof put on my cabin approx a year ago. Have had nothing but issues every since!!! Started having leaks right away. They said it was an issue with the chimney and that I needed some repairs done. But once I did that I still had leaks and they were nowhere near the chimney. Because we have gotten nowhere with these guys my husband has tried to figure out what's going on. Now I have a new leak around the skylight. They did come back out twice. Once while we were there and the guy said it was water running down from around the chimney. But the leak was several feet away from the chimney. But even so, water should not be coming in!! What's the point have a rain/ice shield put on the roof! The second time they said they had someone come out, which we were not there, said they should of fixed the issue. But NO, leaks still!! It's been a source of frustration for me!! Should have a 2 year warranty with these guys but doubt that they will stand behind it. Full Warning!! Do NOT go with these guys!

I was referred to Sunrise Roofing by several people. So, I decided to call them about my roof and never received a call back. I talked to one of the people who referred me and they had to call the company to get them to call me back. Then, they were scheduled to come out on a Saturday and never showed up. He called me about 2 hours after the scheduled appointment to let me know he wasn't coming and to reschedule. He finally came out Monday afternoon and told us we needed our plumbing boots repair, so my husband and I told him to go ahead and do the work. He was nice, but acted like he didn't want to do the work and kept avoiding scheduling the work. He said he would send me a quote, but never did. I tried contacting him several times, but never received a call back. I called the company too and no one ever answers the phone. I felt like he completely blew us off. If you didn't want to do the work, you should let the customer know. I had to finally hire another company. We just had a bad experience with them. It's just not the way to do business.

Sunrise did a great job on our roof replacement. They torentnoff and replaced in a single day. They did a good job of cleaning up after the install as well. Would highly recommend them.

I had Sunrise Roofing replace my entire roof to my satisfaction. They worked with my insurance in a timely manner. The communication concerning the roof replacement (delivery of material, date of replacement etc) was timely as well. My roof was replaced within hours on the same day.

Beware! Sunrise roofing will give you nothing but head aches. Installed roof. Left the vent for the heat and air unhooked. Took over a month to get inside painted. Took over a month to get vent hooked up. When they repaired the vent, broke the coolant line for the air cond. Would not even come back to the house to see what they did!

I cannot speak to the quality of the work done by Sunrise but I do take issue to the way they represent themselves and the way they do business.
I had Sunrise look at a damaged roof on a home I owned a couple of years ago. The conducted themselves very professional and helpful at that time, however, the insurance company turned down the roof replacement. We repaired the roof and changed insurance carriers.
After we lost additional shingles, I asked Sunrise to take a look at the damage and let me know if they could replace the roof for the amount approved by the insurance company and I also had another company look at the job.

This time the Sunrise representative as he was leaving, became very pushy and wanted me to assign the work to him immediately. Based on his aggressive and pushy attitude I decided that I was not comfortable allowing him to do the work and contracted with another company.

When Sunrise was informed that I had gone in another direction, he became very belligerent, cursing and accusing me of defrauding my insurance carrier. He went ""on and on"" with continuous demeaning comments. Evidently, this guy feels he should get every job but, frankly, does not appear to be stable enough to operate a business. There is competition in this industry and price is not the sole criteria for making a selection for a job such as this. Unless you have decided before they come on site that you want this company to do the work, do not call them or you may be subjected to the same irrational response I received from him.

I wish i had read the reviews here before. I faced the same problem as Diane L very difficult to get a warranty for their work. When asked for warranty papers before final payment, the owner Kendall Holmes started cursing at me. Not very descent people to deal with both the owner brothers Kendall and Sean Holmes are the people you don't want to deal with and wish i had option of negative star in here rather than one star for their customer service.

I had no issues with the roofing job. My issue is with trying to get a warranty in writing from them. I refused final payment until I got all the info in writing. Received a call from the owner cursing at me and saying he would come in my home and take the check. I had no problem paying them for the job. Just wanted my warranty in writing. And then found out they were telling my neighbors that I was not happy because they wouldn't warranty painting a metal roof. I didn't even have that done just got a quote for that. Would not recommend them simply for terrible customer service.
