Do not recommend. We feel like we have been scammed. I am writing on behalf of my son who is a young home owner and was taken advantage of. This company accidentally removed the front half of his roof. They were supposed to be changing the neighbors roof.
They were supposed to be replacing the neighbor's roof, but they got the address wrong. They apologized and said they would make it right by replacing only the half of the roof that they removed, but the back half would not be replaced unless he paid. They did replace the front half of the roof. They were asked several times about replacing the whole roof, but they insisted they could not because they were a small company. He was left with unmatching shingles and possibly a roof with compromised integrity (according to other roofers I have spoken with).

do not use this company. they gave me a quote, harrassed me to do the work, after i paid for the roof,
the wife calls me and tells me i owe more money because i was quoted wrong price and i owed the difference.
i was told by the project manager the difference would come out of his pocket, so i gave an additional 600 dollars.
the wife threatend to come and have my roof removed by them, because they made errors and did not do their due diligence even after i gave them adjuster's report and was told, this is the total amount you have to pay.
this is not a good business, do not use them.

rude, not professional, makes me wonder if this is a scam they try to pull on elderly people.

This roofing company is amazing! I looked at all the Google reviews before they came and was impressed. The owner answered every question and the crew was very diligent and worked fast! Started at 7am and finished by 4pm. They cleaned up everything. I love my new roof and this company is the way to go! Located in Greenwell Springs in my town which made me feel better I gave my money to a local business. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof

Make sure you have cameras! These people will use your property as they see fit without asking. They damaged and stole some of our property and when confronted, they said they would make it right. However, they did not do the right thing and replace the property as they said they would. Aside from the damaged and stolen property, they did complete the roof as they said they would.

If you want quality workmanship and customer service, think twice.
A few years ago, I had a new roof put on my house. It has leaked ever since. The roofing company came out to repair it until they decided it was costing them too much. So here I sat, with water leaking from my ceiling onto the floor. I needed to have it repaired by another company. This time I would do due diligence and check the BBB and also customer reviews. After checking several companies, I had five come out and give me estimates on the repairs. I narrowed my choice down to two companies, but finally felt that Sunrise roofing was a reputable company that gave me a good estimate and had good reviews all around.

I called them and authorized the work. The next day Harry came out to my house with a guy and the guy spent the good part of the morning making the repair and he even made a second repair that they threw into the deal. I was very happy with Sunrise roofing. That was before the rain. When the rain came the leak continued. Water was again dripping on my floor. I called Sunrise. They came out and made the ""repair"" of the repair. Then it rained again. More water from the ceiling but this time, clearly the repair had rerouted the water and now there was a second leak in my ceiling. I texted Harry and he said he would be out that day. He didn't come. The next day, I texted Harry. He said he'd be out. He didn't come. This went on for almost two weeks. The straw that finally broke the camel's back was when I sent him a text in the morning and he said he was on his way to my house. Later that day, around 4:30, he texted me and said he was stuck in traffic on the bridge and probably wouldn't make it to my house. The next day, I called the main office of Sunrise roofing. The lady who answered the phone was very nice, very apologetic and very concerned. She said that she would see what was going on. Nothing happened that Friday. The next week, on Monday, I called again. She was very nice, very concerned. She said she would speak with Eric, the owner. The next day, Harry was out, shot some caulk around the roof and then he left.

Later that day, my wife suggested that maybe, since we had to repair our plaster ceiling and have it painted, maybe our homeowner's insurance would cover these costs. We contacted the insurance company. Had an adjuster take a look, and indeed, the homeowners wouldn't cover the cost of the roof repair, but the adjuster said that the work that had been done might work for a year or two (if it worked at all), but it really wasn't an adequate repair to solve our long term problems. That in a year or two (at most) we would need further repairs to be done. He suggested that I contact Sunrise and see if they would do the work and if we might get some compensation since we had already sunk money into the repair. I contacted Sunrise and told the nice lady that we are interested in having them do some additional work and would like an estimate. She said that she would contact Eric and have him get a hold of me. He didn't call. I called back the next day. ""I'll ask him to give you a call."" Still no call. After the third day of calling and absolutely no response from Sunrise, I gave up.

So, since Sunrise did not do an adequate repair of my roof. And given that they do not honor their workmanship. And given that they are not even interested responding to request for additional work, at additional expense, I am now hiring a reputable roofer to come and do the work that Sunrise failed to do.
I am very disappointed with my experience with Sunrise roofing and wish you luck if you choose to have them work on your roof. I hope your experience is better than mine. I have a very bitter taste in my mouth.
But they are always very nice and will call you ""Sir"" and ""ma'am"".

Sunrise roofing did an amazing job with my fathers new roof. They did a fantastic job with quality material in a quick and friendly manner. Great pricing and Eric was always responsive. I would recommend this company to anyone.
