i was looking for quotes for a driveway install and a bathroom remodel. after waiting forever for others to respond i got a great quote the same day i requested it. when i was ready to proceed they walked me through every detail,the driveway and bathroom remodel was flawless. contractor had a good crew i never had any problems even finished sooner than expected!!!!! i'm going to have a back patio put in next year i will be using Sunrise again.

Super professional company! Got the work done on time and paid great attention to detail which is a super big plus for me! As a real estate professional it's hard to find consistent contractors that have fair pricing and I can definitely say these guys are the epitome of value! Can't say enough good things about them but I was genuinely impressed with their professionalism, punctuality and transparency. Not like those other shady contractor firms that always try to add on extra fees for no reason! Really loved the work and will definitely be calling them again; recommend you all do the same!

I highly recommend Sunrise Home Remodeling !!! We wanted to do some renovation and you know, thanks to this company!!!!! We got a very comfortable new house. Their ideas are beautiful and productive. They work cleanly. The staff is polite. The materials they use match the price and quality.
Renovation is always difficult, but this company will make everything as easy as possible for you. We chose materials together and the prices were very good.

They have very good anequipment that they deftly use. They also updated the cable in the garage door and now it will work for many years.

I was looking for a home remodeling company to do upgrades on the kitchen and bathroom. Called to inquire about my plans and expectations and about how long it would take, and cost as well. Asked for recommendations on the material and products that was gonna be used for the project. Gave a pretty good price on estimate. Well informative and very polite and took their time and patience with me since it was my first time doing these remodeling projects. Extremely knowledgeable and gave me some good tips on what to do and how to approach the remodeling.

I have been needing to repaint my house because the colors just don't match. My friend recommended this place to me so I thought I'd give it a shot. They came out to my house and helped me pick out a color that would go with my roof. In addition, they also patched up some part of my exterior that was looking run down. My experience was very good with the company, i needed quotation for my bed room flooring and patio renovation. first they wear masks when they came for the measurements, they started to take the measurements to give me quotation, they listen to your request and they did a great job in giving me a lot of alternatives for different flooring to get to my budget limit and not exceeding it, very polite customer service as well, and they did amazing job, will definitely recommend you guys to all my friends.

A total joke, had a guy come out to estimate. He went through the 50 minute scare speech and then asked for my husband to be present for the quote. Talked very different to my husband, because, you, know - I'm a dumb woman apparently.
He wrote things on a yellow pad, but when I asked for a written estimate, he stood up and said ""only people that want that are wasting my time"", I told him I was in sales as well and would never say that to a prospect. I asked for him to email the estimate. Never did. He got a business card out of his car, wrote a phone number on it and left. The address on the bus card goes to a mailbox place, not a real office. The card has no printed phone number, no website, no email address. If you're a woman, there is a cultural issue with respect. Never, EVER hire a contractor without a written estimate and agreement.

I'm not a good reviewer, but I would like to share my experience with those guys. Thank you, guys, that was my perfect experience and I am glad my coworker recommended me this company. Very affordable price and fast results. My request was not usual due to specific conditions but they got it even though I was very skeptical about this whole idea about remodeling. I received my first versions right the next day and after my recommendation it was modified and best solutions were found. If you are looking for good quality just give them a call!

This is the worst company. First they quote an exorbitant amount forcing you to haggle to no end. To justify their quote, they falsely claim the work will take 3 weeks with 4 people when actually is is done by 2 people in three weeks.....Then they are SOOO sloppy...Paint stains everywhere...Non uniform painting....They claim two coats but hardly believable given the results...Paint is not right for the job....Requested semi gloss as was currently on the windows but they put a very flat and rough acrylic which attracts dirt like a magnet. It takes time to notice all the defaults so the initial assessment may be good....but they use amateurs who do a sloppy job and Sunrise enriches itself at your expense...STAY AWAY....

I was given an estimate to have my house painted last July. I was uncomfortable and upset by the persistent sales rep.'s inquiry to know if I was married or not and other personal questions. I felt I was purchasing a car in a sketchy dealership!!! It came out about the money..I think he wanted to know if I was the only one taking the decision about the ""ridiculous and overly priced"" estimate; over $20,000.00! Then, when expressed my opinion about the estimate, he went outside to ""call the main office for a one day discount!"" He came back and then the estimate price went down to half of the original estimate. He talked like he was reading a script...horrible experience!
