We are absolutely ecstatic about our new inspected, and appoved with permit, Title 24 high quality roof. Felix Matinez Flores and crew were amazing! The whole process went so smoothly, we were so impressed, and so grateful that we chose Sunnyside Roofing, Inc. We have a manfactured home that we purchased new in 2003, and could not ask for a better result. The value of his service and that of his workers is the best, as is the qualiy of hs work, not to emntion the finished prodduct. BRAVISIMO y MUCHISIMAS GRACIAS!!! In April 2022 Sunnyside Roofing Inc. re-roofed our house and garage.
The leadership and the work done were ""A+"" . Excellent work done by the crew who was always happy and often singing. We changed the name of the company to ""Sunshine Roofing.""
Sunnyside Roofing followed all the regulations and easily passed the final check made by the City of Benicia, CA where we live.
We 100% recommend Sunnyside Roofing Co. to anyone.

I am compelled to update this review with the following information:
-Sunnyside has declined in writing to honor its warrantee of our roof. Insisting that each of four remaining leaks in our roof are not connected to the work the company did.
- repair work on the roof reveals that Sunnyside improperly installed flashing and waterproofing throughout the project, including in the precise location of each of the locations of leaks.
- Sunnyside has sent us an invoice for $900 for the trouble of visiting our roof to investigate their own faulty work, but then folowed up by email to say that they do not intend to fix the roof.
- Sunnyside has threatened to sue us for complaining about their work, and personally threatened members of our household in ways that made us question our safety.

The roof of our house was in bad shape after raining winter. So, I called a few roofing companies, Felix is very responsive, answered all of our questions and gave us a competitive pricing. After inspection, Felix provided professional recommendations and explained the reasoning behind it. They did a great job throughout the course of the project. I would highly recommend working with Sunnyside roofing.

We had our roof replaced by Felix and his team and they did an outstanding job. Our roof was old and it also needed some updating so that it would drain properly. We didn't have gutters in certain places and the roof had to be plained and gutters added. It wasn't an easy job and Felix and his team did great work.

We had a few other quotes and Felix was the most responsive with texts and calls and was very easy to work with. I would recommend Sunnyside roofing to anyone who needs their roof replaced or repaired.

I did entire roof installation at back of my home, invoice and pictures attached before and after installation. They did awesome work, very happy with their work and support after the work. This person is referred by one friend and they did work at his place, he too super happy. I was getting quote for last 2 years for my roof as my roof(tiles) were broken and it used to leak if there is a rain. Every quote was around 11k-13k. This was 6k with same specification(check following link). All material included.
They finished in 2 days. Super fast, cleaned the whole area the work, very professional.

Sunnyside roofing replaced our old Shingle roofing with light weight Spanish Tiles at a very affordable cost. They helped us with selecting one of the best SRI ""Sun Reflecting Index"" Tiles.

Sunnyside Roofing guys are amazing! Felix and the crew did roofing for new construction in Cupertino; it's a 3000 sqft ranch house. I'm a builder in Bay Area and was looking to change my existing crew due to quality issues. In this case, I knew what kind of roof I wanted.

Felix visited the site, took the measurements, and gave a quote right away. It's for the roof, gutters, and downspouts. I debated between 2 different roofing materials, and Felix honestly and quickly suggested using the slightly less expensive roofing material because the house already had an energy-efficient plywood material. His quote was very competitive without any compromises in the quality of the materials.

During the construction, I asked Felix to make a few changes to the ridge caps and add gutter screens. He updated the quote to a very great price which otherwise would have cost a couple of thousand dollars.

His crew was professional and cleaned up all of their trash after the project is complete.

I'm getting ready for another project and will be using Sunnyside Roofing for the new roof.
