Further this seems like those insurance scams for free inspections and claim damage to insurance for more than needed or what you may need even if there is no damage!

One of these guys came to my house. I told him we weren't interested. He pestered me until my husband came out and started yelling at him. I have to think that there's enough roofing jobs to be done in Florida that they shouldn't need to go door to door and be overly pushy.

Fema came and covered the exposed areas and my Citizens Insurance Company rep came quickly to assess the damage and paid me the appropriate repair amount by check. I next looked for a roofing company I could trust. I was feeling nervous about making the right choice as I am an elderly widow who knew nothing about roof repair. It seemed like serendipity when two young rep's of Sunny Roofing Restoration, came by my neighborhood to offer me a free inspection and informed me of their company's excellent standards. i could tell they believed in Sunny Roofing Co., but I was extremely guarded. I asked for more information, and I was given phone number of their vice president, George Greer. I text Mr. Greer and explained my apprehension. A few days later a Sunny Roofing truck pulled up and a smiling young man with the cutest puppy got out and introduced himself as George Greer. He said he was the Vice President of Sunny Roofing . Mr. Greer ( call me George) inspected my roof. He gave me a company brochure and explained the materials that would be used and the repair process. We went over the color that would best match my house. I checked out Sunny Roofing's reviews. They were all excellent. I called George to go ahead with my roof repair. The roofers came. They were pleasant, worked very hard and were respectful of my property. My roof is completed now and I am so happy with the result! The color matches the house perfect! The transformation has increased the value of my house so much! I couldn't be more pleased.

Stay at a contract with this roofer as this roofer used false advertisement( fraud), in order to get the job.

The workmanship has been documented by building officials that are licensed and look at metal buildings specifically for the material that he proposed, yet did not use

You will not find any value in using this company to even wash your house

Amazing work and super attentive to detail. I worked with a representative who guided me through the whole process - Dejan. He was very quick and efficient. I had my gutters and roof replaced, Dejan helped me pick out the colors, navigate pricing and told me exactly what steps in the process the workers were working on.
