The installation was quick and clean. They even painted the conduits to match the house! Communication was always excellent and they cheerfully accommodated our needs and requests. We highly recommend SunMade!

We have not been disappointed. From sales to installation to follow-up, Sunmade worked with us and our contractor to ensure that he project was completed on time and to our specifications.

Matt Harr (sales) was by far the most knowledgeable of the sale representatives we spoke with. He was well versed in different types of systems and helped design a system that worked best for us.

Amanda (Operations Manger) was exceptionally knowledgeable regarding PGE and the shift from NEM2 to NEM3. She worked hard for us to ensure we got the best pricing structure possible.

Finally, I had the opportunity to speak with the president of the Company (Oz Wardak) during the process. He was quick to respond to concerns we had and made sure that everything ran smoothly.

Had an excellent experience with SunMade Energy. From initial meeting with their solar educator who clearly presented the whole process and numbers, I was impressed. They answered all our questions and concerns. The customer service was prompt and friendly. They answered all our inquiries in professional manner. They will update you thru call/text or email about what stage is your application until installation day. The crew who installed our solar panels were also nice and friendly. It took them 2 days to finish the project. They did an amazing job putting my 44 panels last September 2023. Overall, the installation was outstanding, just the way we talked about during the meeting. It's been raining the past few months and so far I haven't had any problems like water leaks on my celiling that I feared the most from the solar system installation. I guess they did an amazing job. Had an excellent experience from beginning to end. Deidra helped me set up an appointment with a solar educator and made me feel at ease from the start. Being a new home owner trying to beat a NEM 2 deadline with limited time and knowledge felt very intimidating but my solar educator, Duane and the rest of the team were great. Duane was patient and answered all my questions thoroughly, making the details easy to understand. When I had questions after signing up, the project coordinator Amanda was responsive and friendly, and I asked a lot of questions! When I went to drop off my deposit, the owner Oz came out to introduce himself. Even though it was an extremely busy time for them due to the NEM deadline, the team was responsive and maintained great customer service. The installers were also respectful and very professional. You can tell that their customers and reputation matter to them. I'm very happy with my decision so far.

I heard from Sunmade from Yelp. They had a lot of good reviews. I called and spoke to Diedra, she was very sweet and welcoming. She made an appointment worked with my schedule, Chrus showed up and was very nice and broke it down and answered any question I had. Soon after I signed and would call back where Amanda (who im sure was very busy) was able to answer last minute questions and what to do next. They were extremely helpful. Mr Oz I think was his name. Called me to assure me everything was fine.

We chose SunMade Energy for our solar installation. They were extremely knowledgeable. They gave us so much information, answered all our questions, and provided all the details we needed to make an informed choice for solar. From the first visit where Matt used a drone to get the specs of our house, to the very last touch of being available when the inspectors visited, we couldn't have asked for better service. Incidentally, the installation crew was as professional as you could get! Very quick to install.
If you're considering solar, and now is the time, you won't find better quality from product to service than SunMade Energy!

I just wanted to come back and say how pleased I am with my system. To this day I've had 0 issues with it. Based on other communications I've had with SunMade, I know if I did have an issue, they'd be quick to respond and take care of it immediately.

The main reason I wanted to update this review was because of the quality of the installation. Going into this, I wanted to use a company that would not take any shortcuts and cause any issues with my roof. It's safe to say that SunMade did an amazing job with the install, I say this because over the last couple months we've had above average rainfall (some days, several inches), there have been no leaks where the panels where installed, this includes my house and the houses that I've referred.

So if you're reading through reviews and still in the process of selecting a Solar company, I highly recommend SunMade. They're an A+ from start to finish.

When reviewing a company and project like the one we undertook with Sunmade Energy one must always take in consideration that sometimes challenges come up. We had some challenges in the project, but Sunmade and their entire team handled things efficiently and with a high degree of professionalism.
From the process of the initial bid to the installation of the panels their success was unmatched by anyone we could have chosen. I would like to recommend Sunmade to you for many reasons. But, to simply say, from top to bottom, company president Mr. Wardak, office staff and installation team did a job worthy of our trust.
