I had written a poor review a few weeks ago as I was having trouble getting my enphase envoy monitor back on line. After further research into the envoy including multiple calls to the company that makes the monitor and reading reviews online, it turns out that there have been problems with the 1st generation of the monitors in terms of their longevity. The President of Sunline Energy also called me to personally explain what had happened and offered to replace the monitor at cost (in fact, he wanted to do better than that but I felt that his concern and offer to do replace the unit at cost was appropriate). I was very pleased with the installation 4 years ago and continue to be impressed with their personal integrity.

We have just completed installation of a 16-panel Panasonic system to our home with Sunline Energy and all went very well. This firm is professional, attentive to the customer, offers high-quality products and provides timely service with good follow-up for any issues. Also, there was absolutely no BS, such as phony discounts, slick deals, and unrealistic promises, at any time. The installation was careful, professional, and timely. City inspection and approval went well. Follow-up during project close-out was also done attentively. As nothing in life is ever perfect, the prompt follow up of issues during the project close-out may be the best indication of the quality of the firm! The system is currently performing beyond promises and expectations. I have no hesitation at all in referring Sunline Energy to anyone wanting a top-quality system for a reasonable price.

The crew that worked on solar panels installation, Henry, Cosme, Jhon, and Fernando, was very friendly and patient, considered all options to run conduit and chose the less visible one. Have had the solar system up and running for over 2 months now and it's been great!

Did not know much about solar going in but Gerry was of great assistance and was able to go above and beyond in answering all questions we had. He was also able to work with us as we went through various systems trying to find the one that best fit our needs (and budget!). Cannot state enough of how helpful and patient Gerry was.

The install took a day and a half, Henry and Fernando were great and did a great job.
