I had Sunline installed Solar and Tesla Power Wall in my house after a deep study and research. The reason I chosen them: 1. Their quality of work, 2. Their responsibility & reliability, 3. Their great customer service. Let's make my story short, I supposed to have Solar installed with the other company 5 years ago, but at the last minute I canceled the installation it because my beloved sister got ill and I had to go overseas to be with her. I postponed my solar installation until 2020, then Pandemic started, so I waited another year until 2021 finally have Sunline did the installation of Solar and Power Wall. So far I am very happy with their installation, all Solar panels work well, no roofing problem, and Power Wall functions beautifully. I highly recommend Sunline if you want to work with a decent company!

Update to my previous review - Gerry contacted me immediately after my post and explained the issues and solved the communication concerns I was having. Work was done the following Tuesday and everything works great. I don't expect to see any further concerns moving forward.

Just had my solar installation completed by them. Top-notch install team (Team 5) led by Eddie. They were efficient, respectful, and cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. Sales team (Steven) was fantastic as well. Glad I went with them over their competitors who had iffy reviews.

For years this company was always rated 5 star. My latest experiences with them have not been good mainly based on customer service. Seems like the company has grown and they have lost focus on customer service. I have tried to contact them via phone, website and app with no response from them. I have a solar panel that is not working that they reinstalled just last week. I waited over 4 months for my roof to be done and once they completed that, it took almost two more weeks to reinstall the panels. I have friends looking to install solar panels but I cannot feel good about referring them to Sunline Energy based on my current experience. I do hope they find a way to change as they were an excellent company to work with in the past.

Had our original main panel upgraded by Sunline ahead of the solar installation. Manny and Pedro showed up first thing in the morning with a great attitude and ready to conquer our 1963 disaster.

I was impressed with their professionalism and the quality of the work but also the fact that they took the time to make sure I was happy along the way. They found creative solutions to deal with our situation and make it look like it belonged all along. We had a hiccup with the pool pump due to the way it was wired back in the day but Manny and Pedro found a solution to make it right and separate a few outlet that were tied to that line. They arrived early and stayed late and didn't leave until everything was working properly the way it should be. The cuts in the stucco were clean and ready for the stucco crew to come in and repair.

The roof is being replaced simultaneously and the solar guys will come in soon to start that project. Hopefully the solar crew is as good as Manny and Pedro!

About a year after Sunline installed our roof (which held up perfectly through a very wet winter), we decided to have solar installed with Sunline. As with the roof, they did a superb job from start to finish. Before, during, and after the installation, every member of the team was incredibly professional, friendly and thorough. Whenever I had questions or concerns, they were on it. The entire process was very smooth and communication was clear. We've been running on solar for about a month now and loving it!

We just got Solar installed by Sunline and we are thrilled with the system and how it is already running and saving us money! We signed on via Solar.com during the crazy NEM2.0 deadline rush but Sunline was able to get our system setup and running in relatively short order despite the massive number of customers who signed on at the same time. The service was great and all the people I connected with were very professional and helpful, answering any questions I had along the way. Strongly recommend!!!
