100% professional. It's so hard to get contractors to come out when they say they will. This company responded back through Yelp in less than 5 minutes. They set up the appointment for the next day and came out like they said they would. We thought they were just going assess the work that needed to be done but they actually completed the roof repair the same day. Great company and they keep their word.

We had problems with moisture under our raised house. This was causing the wood flooring to buckle and cup in some spots. After reading multiple reviews and researching the best way to resolve the issue we decided to call Sunlight Contractors. We are currently in the middle of the job and everything has been going smoothly. Ira Bosh, the owner has been communicating with us every step of the way. First he and his crew came out and took moisture readings from the subfloor of the house in order to determine if mechanical drying would be necessary. Luckily for us, the moisture levels were under what is required to spray foam. Next, he sent flooring subcontractors to begin repairs on our floors. His crew then sprayed a preliminary coat of Sherwin Williams paint to preserve the wood under our house. Today his crew came back to spray the foam under our house. So far everything is going according to plan and after the whole job is complete, we should have no more problems with moisture. Plus our floors will be insulated, which should help with keeping the house cool in summer and warm in winter.

I hired Sunlight contractors to spray foam insulate the underside of my house. I contacted them via the web, and Ira called me back the next day. After checking the moisture levels to make sure was ok to spray foam without remediation, I got the quote, which was very competitive. We set up the foam, and Ira and his crew showed up exactly when they said they would, did the work quickly and did a very good job. I normally am a DIY guy when I can because I don't particularly like working with contractors. But Ira and his crew were the exception. Ira was on top of everything from beginning to end, and followed through on everything he said he would do. I highly recommend them, and would gladly use Sunlight again.

These guys are great! I shopped around for prices for spray foam and even though Sunlight wasn't the cheapest they were the ones I wanted to hire from the beginning. I spoke with Ira and he provided a lot of information without me even having to ask while the other companies pretty much just came by to take measurements and gave a quote without saying much at all. The day of the job his business partner, Corey, is on site throughout the whole process monitoring his team to make sure everything is right. It may not seem like much but trust me it's a very good sign when the boss is on site! Prior to having spray foam my AC would run constantly without shutting off and that's when I set it at 79. Now when my ac cycles on and off periodically, my smart thermostat shows how little my ac runs and the house feels so much cooler and comfortable. I'd definitely recommend these guys.
