I have used many contractors and would have to say that Sunlight is one of the best I have worked with. They were very helpful in explaining the needed repairs to my fathers home to make it safe for him and more valued in the future. They discovered significant damage under the fiberglass insulation we were having replaced with spray foam They used live video to show me the problem and what needed to be done. Once we gave the ok they completed the work in the same weekend coming on Sunday to make sure it was completed as scheduled by Monday as promised. It was a pleasure working with Ira and his team.

I cannot thank Sunlight Contractors enough. After dealing with several fraudulent contractors and insurance companies, it was a breath of fresh air to find a company that genuinely cares about people and does impeccable work to match. Ira and George came out on a weekend to look at our roofing issue and was very informative on what needed to be done. They were able to beautifully fix our roofing issue which caused interior and exterior rot. There pricing was very reasonable and there work is unmatched. I'm glad I found this company & I will be using them in the future for more projects.

First off, Sunlight Contractors did an amazing job on my closed cell spray foam insulation install! They were a pleasure to work with, the guys that came out were very professional and let me know what all was going to be involved with the process. The communication was also top notch between the initial estimate, the install, and the follow up! I could tell that they care about their customers and stand behind the work that they do.

After getting the closed cell spray foam insulation installed under my home, I can definitely tell a difference between it and the old pink insulation with netting. The house temperature doesn't fluctuate as much and the draft that was there is gone. The sound of walking on the wood floor also was dampened from the foam being installed which is a nice little bonus! I also have noticed that my AC doesn't have to turn on as frequently which is really awesome. Overall, I would highly recommend this team and I would say without a doubt if you are looking into getting spray foam for your home/business to check them out!

The second floor of our 56 year old house was hot. The air conditioner would take forever to cool our 2nd floor bedroom so it was comfortable enough to sleep. We did some research and found many positive reviews of Sunlight Contractors. After contacting them, they scheduled a technician to come do an assessment. The technician was prompt, courteous and explained what he was there to do. After he acquired the information, I received an offer that was concise with each individual fee explained. We scheduled the removal and the foam insulation installation. When the removal team arrived, they went to work immediately. We came back home to an insulation-free attic. I called Ira with a few questions, one of which he said he needed to verify. He promptly called me back and not only reassured me but gave me a feeling of confidence that I had selected the right company. The next morning, we were met by the install team and left them to complete the installation of the foam insulation. They completed it in the time they said they would and we immediately saw a quick drop in the temperature in our house and most notably on the second floor. It has been close to 12 hours and the second floor temperature has been steadily decreasing. This company has helped not only keep our home cooler, but we will see lower power bills. Overall a positive experience!

Such a great group of people! Everyone I talked to worked hard to make this very painful process as painless as possible. They responded to my initial request very quickly, were at my house the next day (and on time!!) and walked me through the inspection and follow up. Plus he fixed my issue on the spot! A really great crew to work with. I don't think you can go wrong with Sunlight.

Update: They just left having replaced my roof in ONE DAY. A really professional crew - courteous, hard working. They arrived, did the work, and cleaned up perfectly. The price was right, the work was done as promised and I'm super pleased.

I reached out to Sunlight Contractors to get some insulation in my attic and under the floors as well as replace my roof. So far I couldn't be happier with the process. They show up on time, and are timely with estimates. They are incredibly responsive and easy to get on the phone. When they came to the house they brought their experts with them and they clearly know their stuff. I've been most impressed however with their integrity. I wanted some work done that would have resulted in serious issues ~5years down the road which they could have just done it and made more money, but instead they told me why I shouldn't do what I wanted to and what the result would be if I did. I am very much forward to seeing their final work.

I live on the second story of a beautiful, but impractical, New Orleans home. The high ceilings and zero insulation on the roof lead to extremely hot temperatures during the summer. On a good day, my house would reach to the mid 80's. When searching for solutions, I found spray foam. I met with several companies and felt most confident and comfortable with Sunlight.

My husband and I recently purchased a raised home. During the winter we experienced cold floors and high energy bills due to the subfloor not being insulated. We did research and learned spray foam would be the most effective insulation solution. Because it was a big project, we requested quotes from several companies. Sunlight Contractors was way better than any other company we talked to for several reasons. Ira, on the first phone call was very helpful and knowledgeable. Clayton came out and inspected our subfloor the very next day. He discovered very high and problematic moisture levels in our subfloor. I knew this was a serious issue because the previous owners disclosed they had mold removed prior to selling the home. Clayton and Ira explained the process Sunlight Contractors would use to eliminate the moisture, insulate the home, and guarantee we would never have a moisture problem again. No other company was able to make such a promise or provide a method to eliminate moisture, making it a no brainer to choose Sunlight Contractors. Everything was put in writing. When work began, the crew was on time or early every day. By far some of the best service from a contractor we ever received.
After the Job was done, Clayton came by to make sure the job was complete and spray foam was applied to every nook and cranny. The month after the job was completed, we noticed a significant decrease in our utility bills as a result of HVAC not working as hard to maintain a comfortable temperature. We recommend Sunlight Contractors for all moisture remediation and spray foam insulation needs.
