Ok where to start, I will start with the Sales Rep Diego very Professional and knowledgeable of product and what we needed in our home. He enlightened us on all the options and helped choose the right products for our home. He informed us of the of the process from start to finish. We knew we would have to wait weeks maybe months for the city inspections and permits. But we were also told once installation started it would take the crew a few days to complete. Well they started the in the beginning of September to install the new breaker box then panel and battery installation started on the 25th. Well they got there and started moving installed all the panel brackets but then half day through they informed me they couldn't move forward because the electrical wire clips were missing and they had to order some. Now 25th was a Monday and the parts should come Wednesday latest Thursday. Well the clips or brackets didn't get delivered until the following Thursday the 5th. They came back to finish on Monday the 9th and all that time my garage was held hostage to panels huge battery boxes and wires. My roof had wires and boxes up there for 10 days. They were supposed to come today to finish but they didn't because Edison was doing work in the area and they said since Edison has a planned outage and they couldn't work but yet they informed me that today they were going to have the power off for 3 hrs to complete. Edison only had the power off for 1 hr which was 2 hrs less then they needed it off. Now they informed me they weren't coming tomorrow to finish because they we're starting another that was planned. Needles to say I am Angry I don't know why they are starting another job when they can't complete this job. It's to Bad our experience started off Great with Diego but the installation part has been a NIGHTMARE!! I hope they finish the job and I hope they change my mind from a 1 to something higher but right now with an incomplete job it will remain a 1!
*UPDATE* Last I posted a lot has changed and has Gotten Done!! So they have completed my install I will post more pics when I'm home. The app is up and running the only thing we have been waiting for is the City of Fontana final approval paperwork. The inspector did come out on Monday and it passed with flying colors. As soon as paperwork is done I can start setting my electrical usage to what's best for us. The app is already showing since we have been connected to the grid with our Solar Panels the last 6 Days we have credited back 229.5 kw so I'm Happy. I would like to Thank Christina there at SunFire Construction for putting up with my calls as she remained very professional and for pushing all those involved. Thank you Again Diego and the rest of the SunPower staff.

To start, David was super friendly, patient, thorough, fair, compassionate, down to earth, insightful, very personable and extremely professional. He came in at a VERY stressful time, and helped rectify projects that other contractors started and left me with that had me at the height of anxiety. He fixed my artificial turf (that was previously incorrectly installed) as a bonus to the work he was contracted to do, gave me great referrals for stucco work and painting that came out amazing, went to Lowes with and FOR me, made design recommendations that far exceeded my planned ideas and expectations, made sure I was comfortable with every progressive step of the projects, and even supported my completion efforts by picking up where another contractor left off, by assisting me with city inspectors at project inspections, and was ready to fix anything they deemed needing adjustments!
David and his team definitely felt like family by the time everything was finished! They came in and got things completed in a matter of weeks, with their level of efficiency, that had been taking months prior to their arrival. I am so glad I found SunFire Construction in the form of David and his team when I did! Would recommend them to ANYBODY looking for ANYTHING related to home renovations, and I myself will be calling them in the future for more upgrade projects that I have in mind!

Highly recommend!! I made an initial call to get a estimate to have my garage epoxied, every phone call was professional and any messages I left were returned in a timely manner, David and his team are absolutely outstanding!! Could not be anymore happier with the outcome of my garage. I will definitely be in contact with David for my future home projects.
