Suncoast Roofers are the roofing contractors for our subdivision/HOA. I appreciate how responsive Suncoast has been through our HOA and also when I needed a private-pay repair completed on a plumbing roof vent pipe cover.

Bruce and Jason have been wonderful to work with through quick response via phone or stopping by, professionalism and having a great team of roofing experts. After hurricanes Ian, Helene and Milton their roofers (Tino and Francesco and entire team who came out) exceeded my expectations with the speedy response to make repairs to any damage, and I had the same great service with my non-HOA repair. Suncoast Roofers care about their customers and quality of work.

I am very happy for the one reviewer who had such a nice positive experience.
Unfortunately, my experience was quite different.
Last summer I experienced a leak from my bedroom ceiling. I called the housing association. They informed me that I would receive a phone call on Tuesday. At the time I was on contract in Kissimmee. A two hour drive from home. Tuesday was the day I would leave. So I waited for the phone call. And waited. It never came. Thursday while on break from the OR, I get the call. It was Bruce Rubin. I was upset so I asked why didn't you call Tuesday I waited all day. Bruce Rubin's response, ""I make the calls."" So I asked again why didn't you call Tuesday? Response ""I make the calls and we are not having this discussion and he hung up.
Back home my not well husband, received the man Bruce Rubin sent.
According to my husband he didn't speak English well.
My husband tried to tell him about the 5 gallon bucket that was filled by the leak. The man said it was air conditioning condensation. There was no follow up. December it leaked again. I called the housing association. Board member sent an email. No follow up. Yesterday leak was back. This time even worse than previously. Call the housing association. Today two very polite knowledgeable young men arrived. Seams it wasn't condensation from the air conditioner. Rather a hole approximately 1.5"" wide. Caused by trapped wet leaves that rotted the wood under the tiles. It was very nice to have a couple of competent professionals. Would have been nicer if the owner would have taken care of business properly the first time. Then I would not have to have my ceiling repaired.

Just wanted to post a shout-out to Bruce Rubin of Suncoast Roofers for doing an outstanding job on our new roof! We received a professional high quality job that looks great & was completed by roofers who were efficient, competent & very thorough. Even when rain was imminent in the forecast, the lead crew member took extra time to walk the entire roof to make sure everything was properly sealed in before the upcoming storm. The workers even returned on a Saturday when they had gotten rained out the day before. We highly recommend Suncoast Roofers for anyone looking to replace their roof!
