I used Suncastle Roofing back in 2016 and I was absolutely thrilled with their service. They were very competitive with the price but that was not the only reason why I chose them and would use them anytime again. They came as scheduled, they assigned approx.20 people to do my project -that's why it was done in one day(!!). I was absolutely mind blown by the speed and by the quality of their work. They had a supervision on the spot at all times unlike another company I used in the area at another time. I was very happy with the final result and I recommended them to many of my friends and clients. Thank you Apex D. Great job you guys!!! Keep up the amazing work and HOMEST SERVICE.

suncastle did my roof this past summer. they went through my AC line when they were nailing the shingles on. They texted me that they are not responsible for what was below the deck. Fair enough but the first nail took all the freon out. you think they would have stopper bit they put a second hole in the AC line. Called them three times right after it happened. They wouldn't even return my call. After Hurricane Ian I had an adjuster on my roof. He found a weak spot away from the damage. Suncastle should have replaced the deck and they didn'. Just really shoddy work. I wouldn't have them shingle my doghouse.

What they DON'T tell you is they will remove Leaf Filter Guards and NOT replace them. They knew enough (even though no one spoke English) to keep them separate from the debris going in the dumpster. $ 3000.00 worth of work torn off. Customer service is NOT their strong suit. After multiple calls and excuses we got the final bill stating they would waive interest of 18 percent if paid right away. This letter was dated days before the 30 days for interest to be charged. The final straw is they sell your information so we now get EMAILS and phone calls from all kinds of scammers. I think an Attorney is in my future.

Sun castle did our roof job. They came on time and did a very good job. They had to leave the dumpster trailer over a weekend and after rain, we had big rust stains on our driveway. They came back and cleaned up the stains completely. We are very pleased with the entire experience.

I do NOT recommend Suncastle Roofing.
I got quotes from 4 roofers, based on online reviews. Suncastle had the shortest waiting list, so I went with them. The contract included cleaning up debris, so I assumed they would leave my yard clean and safe. NOT.
1). After job was ""finished"", I started looking in my yard, and found plenty of trash - and a minefield of nails. The worst ones were from the old roof they removed. They were rusty and had 1"" spikes. I ""found"" some when I stepped on them, and they went through my shoes, into my feet. When I had found 30 nails, I took photos and emailed them with my concern.
NO response - except for a bill sent one day after the job, stating that if I did not pay in 14 days (even though they had not cleaned up my yard), I was subject to an 18% late fee (!!).
2). Since my minefield/yard was dangerous for me and my dog, I spent hours on my knees on several hot days finding nails. Finally, TWELVE DAYS after the job, they sent an unannounced ""clean-up"" crew. I speak Spanish, and one of the crew told me they had been ""tired"" when they finished the roof. Unbelievable.
3. Wait, there's more! AFTER they ""completed"" the clean-up and left, I personally found FIFTY MORE nails they left, for a total (so far) of ONE HUNDRED nails in my yard. See photo.
4. Wait, there's more! The office manager calls me to tell me the boss offered me a refund of $100 for my ""trouble"" - a DISCOUNT OF LESS THAN ONE PERCENT.
I should have used highly-recommended Kuykendall Roofing or CW's Quality Roofing (AND their estimates were thousands of dollars less!). But they had longer waiting lists. I should have waited.

Just went to register new roofing online. All my literature received from this company stated GAF products. Estimate indicated GAF products. When I went to complete the warranty registration, I had to contact office for quantity of shingles. Was told, oh no, register with CertainTeed shingles. Questioned why and was told that while they were a representative of GAF, they used CertainTeed shingles. Next issue...One corner area needed to be replaced. Was considered a finishing touch and had to pay for it myself.

I have been told to expect corrected copies of information reflecting this change in product.?!

What an amazing company! We had an active leak in our bedroom Alex came out and looked at our roof and the next day his team was here to repair it. They genuinely care about their customers and do ""A"" plus work. Clean, professional on time I could go on and on. We will use Alex and his team for our new roof! Thanks Again, the Millers.

Knowing our old roof needed replacing, we shopped around and talked to several highly-rated companies. Alex and suncastle roofing won us over by giving us a great deal by being willing to schedule our replacement a few weeks out - not a problem for us, since we had no active leaks. He was extremely easy to work with and answered every dumb question we had. Once the price was agreed upon, there was complete transparency as to what we were paying for and ZERO surprises when it was time to pay them. We even needed to change our contract late in the game to add some bathroom fan vents, and Alex didn't bat an eye - added a very reasonable additional cost for them. The crew arrived right on the dot and got to work removing the old roof immediately. It was a lot of people, and a lot of equipment, but we had a beautiful new roof in about 7 hours. Guys had to be in our attic to deal with installing the vents, and they were very respectful of our space and our property. Alex made sure we got to walk all the way around to check out the finished product (and the spotless property, after they cleaned up), and even offered to take us onto the roof if we wanted. Professional workmanship. The crew arrived on time, started right away, covered the area around the entire house, worked very hard and fast. Finished by cleaning up everything and even putting my solar lights back into place. I would recommend this company!!!!!!!
