Our company focuses on exterior services. We excel in the cleaning of roofs and solar panels, along with pressure washing and soft washing. Unlike many short-lived companies in our field, we avoid performing work that could void your roof or panel warranties. Additionally, we are licensed, bonded, and carry a general liability insurance policy of $2 million.

A lot of solar firms promote solar panels to their customers, yet frequently overlook to advise them that cleaning is essential to keep them functioning effectively. This realization inspired the establishment of SunSweeper. Once we were up and running, I came close to falling off a roof because of a significant accumulation of fungus which turned slick when wet. It felt like a wake-up call as I noticed the dark green growth on roofs in every direction. Following some research, I discovered this growth damages shingles and may cause leaks. We developed effective processes for cleaning various roof types by eliminating mold, fungus, and mildew and remove dirt and debris. Currently, SunSweeper proudly serves the Central Coast area as a trusted provider of solar panel and roof cleaning services.
