Sean M.I had to literally get me own quotes from gutter companies for the repair, and hand walk them in the front door of the office to get ANY action on the gutter repairs. Ridiculous! Sun Coast did directly contract directly with Rain Storm Solutions (who are amazing!). Rain storm came out the next week and removed the gutters, but Sun Coast never arranged for the damaged facia to be fixed, so now for a week I've had no gutters and we are back to Sun Coast not returning my calls. Rain Storm can fix the facia too, but again cannot Sun Coast to return calls and authorize the work! This has been dragging out almost 2 months!! They have all but killed their chances of roofing 2 of my neighbors homes.
2 starts still because everyone is nice. Unfortunately nice does not equate to the ability to execute!
