do not speak with these people, they are liying about the prices. just don't use them. couldn't get them to leave after the outragous prices. 3 times as expensive as home depot. seriously. waste of time. way to pushy.

I found SunCoast Remodelers from a door-to-door guy who offered to send someone to do a ""no-pressure"" quote on new windows. A few days later the salesman came and impressed me with the quality of the windows and also the before and after pictures he showed me. This was not a ""no-pressure"" sales approach. I found the approach to be very high pressure. That being said, I feel like we came to a fair price on the windows and I got a financing plan. The window prices are middle of the road, leaning towards expensive.

The project manager, Jeff Adams, who came and did the final measurements and was my liaison with the company was very professional and flexible about the time he came out to my house. He was extremely helpful and kind.

The company dealt with my condo board entirely on their own, which was great, especially since they can be a pain.

The installers arrived on time and worked relatively quickly even though they were missing tools and equipment. They told me this was because the team was spread thin on this particular day. The windows and patio door they installed all function perfectly and are exactly what I expected. They cleaned up well after themselves and disposed of my old windows. They touched up paint in any places that were needed after the install. The work they did looks absolutely perfect.

I had an issue with one rude employee during my install, which suncoast took the initiative to contact me about and resolved completely and quickly. I would not hesitate to refer this company to anyone.

I don't understand all the fuss about their telemarketers but when we got past the sale people, the work that they did was great! We talked to the owner and were so impressed with their plan and quote, that we had them remodel the kitchen & bath and extend a two story room addition. The workmanship and quality was excellant. The new room additions were seamless. They were fast and did whatever it took to stay on schedule. I highly recommend them.

I'd give them zero stars if it was an option. I was in my home, walking past my sliding glass door that was open (with the screen closed) that opens to my courtyard. There is a gate (that I always latch shut from the inside of the gate) that you have to come through in order to enter my courtyard. I had to put my mailbox outside the gate, because the mail delivery person would not enter the courtyard (an apparent respect for privacy and locked gates)...the Sun Coast Remodeler door to door sales guy apparently just reached over my gate, unlatched it, and walked into my courtyard.. He startled me as I walked past my open sliding glass door by talking to me through the screen. He asked me ""what would be a good time for us to come by tomorrow to look at your roof?"" I told him, ""No thank you, I'm not interested"". I had hoped he would leave at that point, but he followed up with, ""What's the next project you're going to be working on?"" I again told him, ""I'm not interested and I'd appreciate you getting off my property"". He left, but as he left he just pushed the gate hard enough to have it hit the latch he had already opened, but not locking the gate. I had to follow him out and actually latch the gate shut (the way it was before he reached over the fence and unlatched it). It was really unnerving to find a stranger in my courtyard, talking to me through my screen door, and even more unnerving that he did not leave the first time I told him I was not interested. He's been gone for several minutes, and I'm still really uncomfortable that he just reached over my fence, opened the gate, and then walked up to my sliding glass door, and started talking to me through the screen. Who would have trained people to enter somebody's property without invitation and to reach over fences to unlock gates? I don't have any projects currently planned, but if it I did I certainly would not ever consider hiring anybody from this company.

I too was annoyed at the canvasing, but now very happy that they came when they did. The crew that came to paint the house showed up on time. They asked about any special considerations, and then they got to work and did a SUPERIOR JOB. Lately, I am very skeptical because it seems everyone that I hire to come out to my money pit just wants to get it done as fast as possible and move on to the next job. These guys finally broke that chain. They were VERY METICULOUS about their prep work and stopped and asked me when they weren't sure about what to do and to move my car so that they wouldn't sweep dirt off the roof on top of my car. These guys were the opposite of the buffoons you sometimes run into--They were careful, they cleaned up well every day, kept their tools in my garage tidy and out of the way and kept me informed about their progress. These guys sincerely wanted to do a good job and not just finish the job. 5***** paint crew. Worth every penny.

Sun Coast did a full kitchen remodel for us and we are extremely happy with the final product. The cabinets are beautiful and the granite that arrived was better than any slabs we looked at when we chose the color we wanted. There were bumps along the road, but what kitchen remodel doesn't? Follow up customer service has been above expectations. Bottom line - we could not be happier with our new kitchen, and Sun Coast did a great job with it.

I love my solar tube! I have always wanted a sky light in my kitchen and now, thanks to Suncoast, I've got one!!!!
The job was done quickly, neatly, and in a timely fashion. The price was fair and the work is of high caliber.
I am very pleased and would highly recommend Suncoast to anyone looking for a solar tube. I'm sure they do an awesome job with windows as well, but I can't vouch for that!

I have a house that was built in the 50's and therefore the roof is not that good, it's basically just gravel and tar paper. Prior to getting it fixed it has a few leaks and was just a nightmare, I assumed the job of being the handyman professional since i didn't have much of a narrow time frame, this is southern California. I only wanted to get it done before the next rainy season. Anyways, about half way through I realized that it was just more work than I could handle. Found these guys at sun coast after doing a quick google search and they were out here the following weekend to check out my roof. I trusted them at my house during the week while i was at work. Pleasantly surprised with their progress from day to day. I would hire them again if i had more roof problems. Standard.

I was referred to Sun Coast by a friend after seeing the work they did on his kitchen. Couldn't be happier with the work they did. My wife loves our new kitchen. All the work was completed on time and even though we ran into a couple of surprises, they were handled quickly. Most important to me, they were easy to deal with and the work was done within the time frame that we were promised.

Unprofessional. They might do good work, what remodeling company doesn't? They have pushy salesman who go door to door. I spoke with a nice young man, he offered many services that we didn't need and I responded kindly ""no"" and sent him on his way with a bottle of water. Turns out he came back with his ""trainer"" who was unprofessional, disrespectful and so pushy that my wife (who wasn't sure how I had responded initially, and who had 3 kids 4 and under crawling all over her at the door) broke down and told them to schedule her and she would call and cancel. She did cancel. But I have to say that I feel very disrespected that they would go over my head when I already told them no and heckle my wife as she was in a difficult position. She is very nice and patient, but what they did will ensure that I never use Sun Coast Remodelers.
