We needed new Windows but we didn't think we could afford them. A nice door to door sales person stopped by and setup a consultation to have our Windows evaluated. The consultation was free and were approved for financing. Our Windows are beautiful and we are so happy with results.

We had a leaking roof that another company claimed to have fixed but did not. Luckily we live in San Diego so we didn't have to deal with it immediately. Unluckily, once it rained again we discovered the same leaks were present and even new ones were there. Sun Coast was actually the company that totally redid everything on our roof, found the previous mistakes and solved all our issues. You don't appreciate a quality roof until it's too late.

I used SCR for my windows and roof. Very professional, nice staff. Install crew was courteous and polite, well organized and caring of cleanliness. The salesperson gave me a quote for new windows. Their price was very competitive and the salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable...not at all pushy like some other reviews have stated. I'm planning to use Sun Coast for my new windows, so I'll update once the project is completed. Everything thus far has been top notch!

My sister has been doing a lot of work at her house and I was very impressed with the work that was done. The entire process was no pressure and very in depth. She also received excellent communication and treatment from the company.

It's kind of like going to the dentist. You know you have to. You don't want to and it's going to cost a lot of money. My house needed a new roof. I knew this when I moved in 5 years ago. So I decided to give them a shot. The roofers were done in three days! Took the city a day to come inspect the final product so 4 days. Costed more than I was expecting but I feel I got a great install and top notch product on my house.

I read a lot of less than stellar reviews the night we were sitting with the SunCoast rep Jeff. We had a patio situation that had been bugging us for quite a while though, and we wanted to do something about it. If we had shopped around for the same type job I'm not sure we would have actually gone through with it. We had discussed retractable awnings, building our own wood pergola, and had been suffering with a little triangle shade cloth that we never properly fastened for over a year. Our friends would all make fun of it. Every night we would sit out there and say ""we gotta do something about this"". I wanted a long lasting solution that we could be proud of. So by the time Jeff showed up, we were ready to be closed I guess. And we didn't want to take a bunch of time to shop around, although my usual MO is to get three quotes. It was when Jeff revealed the option to finance through the HERO program that we tipped past the point of no return. I was not going to sit out there this summer talking about how ""we need to do something with this patio"", if I could even stand to be out there in the heat. At any rate, Jeff gave us what I felt was a reasonable price to demo our existing too small concrete pad, lay new concrete, and install the lifetime guarantee patio cover (no worries about painting or termites or trying to anchor it between the mishmash of red pavers currently covering 3/4 of the patio). It took us a while to get all our stuff cleaned out and to pull the pavers, but once we were ready, the concrete guys came out pretty fast. Juan and his crew were friendly and worked quickly. Then, we had to wait a bit for it to dry, and SunCoast had to wait a bit for the materials to come in for the cover. But when they came, Bill and his helper had it put up in one day and I told my husband ""OMG IT'S LIKE A WHOLE DIFFERENT HOUSE!"". I had spoken with Bill about how we had to remove our rain gutters to make the project work, and he said he could install a diverter to help reduce the problem. The day he came he forgot the diverter, but true to their word, SunCoast sent someone out to install it within a week. I guess I will know more about our project as time goes on, but, I just wanted to be sure and post a positive review for the SunCoast guys since there is a lot of dirt out there. Also, all of them were very respectful of going in and out of my neighbors yard to bring their materials in, I had no complaints from him, and they cleaned up beautifully behind themselves.
I am looking forward to this summer with shade, and the ability to roll things around easily instead of the uneven bumpiness of the past.

Thank you Suncoast remodelers!! After shopping around with many companies I came across Suncoast remodelers and was originally only looking to do solar but after working with them they did such a great job I decided to upgrade my windows and get central Heating and Air. Not only are they a great company with good workers their products are outstanding and at a reasonable price. My husband and I are so pleased we highly recommend them..!!

Today again, only less than a month after I told the company not to ever send anyone to the house, again a salesperson came to the house, this time a woman. My wife answered the door and told her she was on the phone and the lady had the nerve to ask, who was she talking to. Wow! No manners and I would highly recommend that no one in SD use this company.

Just recently had all my windows installed by sun coast.We Had probably one of the most coolest dudes sit down with my wife and I listening to our wants, designs etc. Brandon explained everything perfectly. He was genuine. He went above and behind to ensure that we where getting the right deal. He was professional and very knowledgeable of the Windows. We are so.happy with our new windows. I would recommend sun coast.
