They won't give me a quote unless my husband is home even though I am the current breadwinner, the sole person on the title, and make all the decisions about the home while my husband works 60-80 hours a week. What is this, the 1950s?!! Maybe your company should read the reviews an adjust your outdated policies.

This is an update and retraction to my 11/4/21 review of this company, Sun Coast Remodelers. Admittedly, I had some complaints and expressed them on Yelp. Sun Coast Remodelers promply responded to my concerns, came out to my house within days, and were gracious and professional at fixing my problems and making it right. They even refunded some of my money to help make it right. Outstanding. This is the sign of a quality company. I am now very happy with the work done, concerns resolved, and business practices. Well done. I can recommend this company without reservation. They will get the job done well, and make it right. Sergio, was particularly attentive and responsive to my concerns. Thank you.

Got a cold call about exterior home painting with the standard ""we're going to be working in your neighborhood tomorrow"" speech. I actually have some stucco patchwork I need to get taken care of so decided to give these guys a chance. I was offered a 2pm appointment time the next day and took it. She was adamant that my wife be available at the same time (not sure why that matters, but whatever). I was told to expect a call from Ramon for more details. Got a call a couple hours later from Sun Coast confirming my 2pm appointment and again wanting to verify my wife would be present. He also let me know that Sun Coast will only bid a whole home paint job and if I just wanted a partial paint job, I should look elsewhere. Since I was just starting my search (they cold called me), I figured I'd get the whole home bid, in case it did fit the budget. Fast forward to 9am the next morning, I get a call from a third individual with Sun Coast to set up an appointment for the following morning. When I told the person that I thought I already had an appointment for that day, the person backtrack and said that they would be there and on-time. I started getting a bad feeling and sure enough, Sun Coast was a no show. Of course from the other reviews, it looks like I dodged a bullet. Being held hostage for 2-3 hours for an overpriced quote??? No way. Glad they didn't show.

I called to get a quote.
I talked to Ramon and he said that he'll have someone come out to take a look at the roof.

Usually, I don't want to deal with contractors, so I have my partner get it. The quoter insisted that I stay for the speil. I insisted that I don't care and don't need to listen, but I obliged. He even mentioned that his wife wouldn't care of liked for the quote. Would you be okay that another man tell your wife to stay sheet listen when she didn't want to? This comlany was already a hell no to do business with.

That quote dude had time to kill and wanted to waste a few hours of our time, he finally gave a quote for us to replace the roof. Over $40k.

Recently completed my second project with Sun Coast Remodelers (previously got Coolwall) which was a lift and lay on my tile roof right before the rains. The workmen were courteous and polite, and work was done quickly and the price was very reasonable! I definitely will use them again! Great company!

I'm crying right now. My roof is taken off and now they want thousands of dollars more. They promised that they're ""different"" and nothing will be landed around our house, because they back a truck up to the house and all removed materials go directly into the truck. NOT TRUE. Stuff was everywhere. Michael McClure lied and Edgar Corona the forman lied. My Plumeria TREE is broken, my geranium is broken, my pots are broken, and my column plant is broken. No accountability. THERE WAS A HUGE PITCH about better, cleaner, more training. Then it's just like all the other roofers, for 2x the cost. I said I mainly don't want to be nickel and dimed and lied to. I was assured that was not the case. NOW HE DOESN""T answer his phone and of course VM is full

Have just had a pergola installed today. Couldn't be happier. Bill and Steve were pleasant, professional and quite competent. Looks beautiful. Luis was our sales person. He was straightforward, and very helpful .our turnaround time from consultation to installation was 1 month including the holidays and COVID. I will put them on speed dial when we need other projects completed.

Quoted us $28,000 to have the outside of our house painted. 2,400 sq ft, two stories, 2 colors, very little prep work needed. I cannot for the life of me imagine anyone actually going for that.

I have to say sun coast Remodelers not only does amazing quality work and have top of the line products and warranties to back it all up. It's one of the best companies I have ever worked for and I have worked for a few and I honestly have never seen such AMAZING customer service as well as the person I am currently working under. I am heard as an employee and I'm treated with respect. We are trained we have fun, we work very hard and we are here to help you in you forever home.

Sun Coast Remodelers staff a very courteous, friendly and they care about their customers. They took their time and explained everything that was taking place while my roofing was being installed. I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends.
