Noel, a military veteran, has dedicated 12 years of service to our nation. A Florida native, Noel served at Ft. Bliss, TX from 2005 to 2010. Noel fell in love with the Franklin Mountains' beauty and appreciated El Paso's distinct character.

In 2015, Noel completed an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and followed it with a Bachelor's in Construction Management in 2021. He has overseen significant construction projects in Florida over the past decade, amassing extensive knowledge in the field.
