With 12 years of military service, Noel is a proud veteran of our nation. A Florida native, Noel served at Ft. Bliss, TX from 2005 to 2010. The stunning views of the Franklin Mountains captivated Noel, and he saw the unique appeal of El Paso.

In 2015, Noel earned an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's in Construction Management in 2021. He has overseen significant construction projects in Florida over the past decade, amassing extensive knowledge in the field.
