Noel, a veteran with 12 years of military service, has served our country. A Florida native, Noel served at Ft. Bliss, TX from 2005 to 2010. He was captivated by the views of the Franklin Mountains and recognized El Paso's unique charm.

Noel obtained an Associate's Degree in Business Administration in 2015 and a Bachelor's in Construction Management in 2021. Over the last ten years, he has managed major construction projects in Florida, gaining a wealth of experience.
