With 12 years of military service, Noel is a proud veteran of our nation. Noel hails from Florida and was stationed at Ft. Bliss, TX between 2005 and 2010. The stunning views of the Franklin Mountains captivated Noel, and he saw the unique appeal of El Paso.

In 2015, Noel completed an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and followed it with a Bachelor's in Construction Management in 2021. Noel has managed large-scale construction projects in Florida for the past decade, building a deep understanding of the industry.
