We used Summit roofing when we had hail damage to our roof. It was an insurance claim, the beginning process was fine and dealing with the sales guy was as expected. The problem we ran into was that some rotted wood siding around our dormer windows was supposed to be replaced during the roofing process, they replaced 2 of the 3 dormer siding boards, but not the one in the back of the house. Also the paint color did not match. They were very nice about communicating and wanting to finish the job, but it has been 3 months and they have still not been back to complete the siding. The owner insisted on getting the final payment and promised to complete the job, but once paid, we have not seen or heard from them. Guess we will have to do it ourselves. That was disappointing.
